Every single time I order it always wrong. I’m tired of calling up to the store every single time to have my food remade for me. They have purposely added extra tomatoes to my food several times after asking for no tomatoes. It’s to the point where it not even worth trying to get food from this Taco Bell. Everything is always wrong.

Ordered through the Taco Bell app, which made service a breeze through the drive-through. The only complaint I have is that they didn't give any napkins or silverware with my meal. Oh, and the tacos were slightly overstuffed, so they broke apart. It's not a big deal if you're eating at home..a big deal if you are eating in your car.

It was just a terrible experience all away around they should just close this place down i waited 30 minutes for three tacos in drive Thur and I was the only car .....

Wow, I get to the speaker, and I hear, "Gimme a minute". Not at all a friendly request for some time, just a rude statement in a dull and rude tone. Next, I inform them that I will be using the app, and need one modification, to swap the hard shell inside the cheesy gordita crunch, to a nacho cheese shell. The stores system won't let them change the items from the create your own box to a cheesy gordita crunch, but the app will, and the app won't let you change the shell. So every other taco bell let's me change the shell due to the inconvenience for no charge. This taco bell made a big deal about it, because it's ".90 cents unaccounted for". Nice job loosing a customer, over .90 cents.

I paid with cash, and they had to scrounge around and look for money for my change. The cash register was empty. I can't be the only person paying with cash.
They are always out of whatever I want at Lemay ferry store.. Mexican pizza was one thing they seem to always be out of..I remember back in high school we used to eat lunch at that Taco Bell all the time and it was great back then. Seems like now most everything is spicy and smaller than years ago..
