We came here last Friday night around 10pm. We got a steak/shrimp dinner with double mushrooms and two sides. Everything came out cold… there is nothing worse than a cold steak. The mushrooms had thick black grill residue coating them and were non-edible. The bill was over $50 and was so disappointing. I work in the restaurant industry and didn’t want to complain. The service was wonderful. After pondering about it overnight and being so upset with what we received for $60 we decided to call the manager the next day just to inform him of our experience. The manager, Joe, was very nice and seemed understanding over the phone. He promptly took down our number and said his boss (which I assume would be the GM) would call us back within an hour to discuss further. We never received a call back which was disappointing. Furthermore, It also shows a lack of concern for customers and seems like bad business practices. As a result we won’t be going back. Very unfortunate.

Should have taken pics of the steak and shrimp but decided to write this review after the manager showed no care of my experience and failed to return my call as promised. I’ve never had a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse but also never been to this location. Steak, shrimp and mushrooms(my favorite entree) were served refrigerator cold. There was more grime from a dirty pan than mushrooms that came with the steak.Granted, I came an hour before close and was the only one in the resturant eating. Still baffled at paying for a $50 dinner that I ended up feeding my dog. Won’t be back to this location. Thanks Joe for the hospitality!

Celebrated our son-in-laws birthday ?. Our server was excellent. She took real good care of us ... and it wad a very nice experience. The food was superb. Not one complaint.

Today was one of the best days ever we got in at 5:45 just in time for the 12.99 meals was severed by 6:00 and out by 6:30 the service was quick the food was great this was by far the best Texas Roadhouse I’ve been too
Love the food and atmosphere. Staff are very friendly. They make you feel comfortable, especially when you're dining alone.

The staff was friendly and attentive, especially our waiter. The food was phenomenal as always. Texas Roadhouse is our favorite steak chain, they never disappoint and the steak is always made well. The ribeye this time was amazing. We also got the ribs, which truly fell off the bone. The onion appetizer was great and the rolls are to die for. We even got rolls to go.The only thing is, they are always busy (probably because it's so consistently good). Even during the week, they are pretty full. Our last wait was only 10 min though, and like I said, the staff is great and attentive.

Steak kabobs were tough and chewy. Rice was mushy and over seasoned. Server was good. And as always, the atmosphere was super noisy and difficult to have even a simple conversation.
