i doordashed 4 queso fries, along with a cheese baked potato with light sour cream. those are the only things i ordered that were messed up. not only did each of my queso fries have bacon on the top, but one of them had a bright long red hair in it. the hair was so wedged underneath all the cheese and BACON(that i cant eat as a vegetarian might i add) that when i picked it out, fries lifted with it . this was absolutely disgusting. i am a vegetarian and i wanted QUESO fries not bacon fries. my baked potato did not have any sour cream on it (which i asked for) and the chicken nuggets i ordered for my sister didn’t come with honey mustard, (which i asked for) instead they put ketchup which shes allergic to. even if you were out of the queso fries, you could have contacted me through my dasher to ask what i would like instead because this is not what i ordered. i specifically ordered queso fries. to assume that i would be okay with bacon fries as a replacement is simply inconsiderate and lazy and not your place. this was no one’s decision but mine. i’m very disappointed and disgusted beyond my mind with this wendy’s location. do better or get a different job. completely and utterly disgusted and i will be reminded of this everytime i unfortunately have to pass by this wendy’s location. do better (and wear a hair net!)

My son and I went in there late one evening... Not only did they perfect our order but they literally staged the food and presented it as if it was some fine dining! ? That was awesome! Thank you good people of Wendy's Arnold!

Had a long day and wanted to sit down in dining room to eat which closes at 10. It was 9:20 and they decided to lock all the doors. Try to keep hours as posted some of us don't want to sit in the car or go home and eat cold food.

One star is pushing it, i would probably give zero.I came through the drive thru and order a biggie bag deal with a jr bacon cheeseburger. HALFWAY through eating my burger i find MULTIPLE strands of hair. So i immediately am disgusted and spit out the sandwich and called Wendy’s to which the manager answered i politely said “hey i just came through the drive thru and i got a jr bacon cheeseburger and there is multiple strands of hair cooked into my burger.” The manager then responded “well i don’t know who’s hair it would be, you can go ahead and pull back around but ain’t nobody loosing hair up in here.” So then yes i did get ignorant back and say “with that attitude. NO THANKS!” And hung up. But i did go back, and he continued to be rude, and then said he didn’t have a corporate number to contact. I understand how people can be rude for no reason, but i called trying to explain an issue and then you got mean. Immediately got rude. So maybe be a nicer person, or maybe you stay managing a restaurant because you can get away with being rude.

This place is crazy expensive. It's fast food. Two value meals and a cheese burger was $36!! I couldn't believe it. It's not even that great of a cheese burger. One of the burgers was wrong. They made us a new one of course and let us keep the old one. We took it home and never ate it. Ended up going to the trash.

This was the first time in 3 years since I have eaten at Wendy's. Their burgers and chilli are tough to beat for the prices. Excellent experience.
Food was good. Took awhile for someone to notice we were at the counter. A little too focused on the drive thru. Could have used one or two more people.
