What a joke. Unprofessional. Half the time they don't get your order right, called to place an order over the phone. Was quoted 30 minutes, get there, order wasn't placed. I have had more negative experiences with this location than positive in my 2 years living in Arnold.

Ordered 100 wing meal and told 45 mi utes - ran to Walmart and came back to our ordered never being made! Manager said ticket got lost didn’t apologize or offer to make it right by maybe comping a few extra wings. She had a nasty attitude and if I didn’t already have people waiting I would have gotten my money back taken business elsewhere ! She had no customer service at all!

I literally NEVER leave reviews on places I go. It’s been two weeks since I visited this Wingstop location and I cannot get it out of my mind. I visited a Wingstop for the first time ever around the first week of March with my boyfriend. I was so excited after seeing all the hype online. We walked through the door to hear the two workers in the front yelling and cussing at each other about a woman inquiring about when her food was going to be ready on the phone. I get it. I’ve worked in the service industry— and people are annoying. But you don’t do that in front of customers, ESPECIALLY not right in the door. I approached the counter to order and the one that was very loudly cursing (a woman with short hair, LOTS of tattoos, dark skin) very, very, VERY rudely greeted me and started taking my order. This is when I started questioning whether or not I even wanted to get food here. She mumbled to me, rolled her eyes when I asked her to repeat herself, and kept turning around to her coworkers to laugh. She treated me like I was stupid the entire time and there wasn’t a pleasant experience of the entire interaction. I spent $25, ordered my food, and asked for a wait time and she said “when it’s ready” and proceeded to roll her eyes and turn around and walk off. When I got the food I immediately left the restaurant because I didn’t want to spend a second longer in there. The food was ice cold. She didn’t even remotely place my order correctly and the fries were burnt to a crisp but also somehow soggy at the same time. I threw the food away and got food elsewhere, disappointed and out $25. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this Wingstop location and to be honest after my experience I’m weary about trying other locations. Visit at your own risk. This place needs new management and a complete overturn of employees.

There is an employee that works here that parks in the handicap spot and is obviously not handicapped. Today, Sunday February 25, she is outside spraying her car with the power washer as she’s in uniform parked in the handicapped spot right in front of the Panda Express where customers go in and out. I guess she has nothing better to do than to spray her car down in front of the Panda Express.

Drove 2 hours to try Wingstop, excited after TikTok hype. Cashier, with face tattoos, dark skin, and short hair, was rude to us walking in the door despite my attempt to lighten the mood, we’re given long wait time and rude treatment, so we left without ordering. Waste of a two hour trip.
