The location is great, and the people and service are great. However, i bought a happy meal and a cheeseburger combo that came out over $20.McDonald's seems to have gotten out of their McLane here. No one eats there because it's good, in fact, it's disgusting. We eat there because it used to be cheap. Used to, anyway.Also, stop with the stupid water bottle upcharge. Greedy McBastards.

So crowded in the drive through causing order mixups, we ask for no onions because of an allergy in the family only to get home and find out some of the food is inedible because they were rushing to meet the crowd. The people are friendly, they're doing their best, however they are understaffed at a very busy location. Mistakes are made, but when it became routine because of an unchanging issue we had to decide to go to the less busy store down the road to lessen the burden on this location.

The way this place is managed is amazing compared to other locations nearby like in Columbia, MO where it takes you 20 minutes minimum to get your food with awful customer service. This Ashland, MO location is luxury compared to them and the reason why always comes to management and this location is managed properly and should be noted by the higher ups at McDonalds for a raise because of it. Their quick; efficient, and the food always taste better and fresher. Also, their kitchen, lobby and bathrooms are always clean.

I live in Columbia but work in Ashland a lot. This McDonald’s is better than every McDonald’s in Columbia.Today I got the wrong food on a mobile order and when I went back through the drive thru the workers were very kind & helpful and got me the correct food.The managers and employees are very polite and professional!

Ordered double cheeseburger no pickles, and triple cheeseburger no pickles. Both had no onions on them. Returned first order, received a second order. Second order had onions on both cheeseburgers but only one slice of cheese. Also, the cheeseburgers on both orders were made sloppily. The guys in the back preparing the food did nothing but complain to the supervisor about wanting to leave, and giving the supervisor a difficult time. The store was not busy but still had to wait. This might be why I haven't been to McDonald's for years. I'm never pleased with the food or the service.

It's a good place for a quick bite. The food is generally hot and good. Staff is friendly.Parking: I'm handicapped so I generally have access to a parking spot here. It might be a bit hard to find a parking spot during lunch rush.
