This is the first time we had dined in, at Trail Boss BBQ. We came at an "off" time, and had an excellent lunch, enjoying the Sampler Platter. Our server, Ryleigh, was very welcoming, opening the door for us, as it was windy the day we visited. The food came very quickly, and was very tasty. I especially enjoyed the brisket and hash brown casserole the best, along with tasting all 3 barbeque sauces available. My husband enjoyed the pulled pork the best, along with the spicier barbeque sauce. Ryleigh was very friendly, very attentive, and seemed to enjoy her job and the restaurant very much. We'll be back!

Trail Boss is outstanding. We are a local business and eat there for lunch quite frequently. We also follow them on Facebook to see what their daily lunch specials are. Was in town with my wife. Thought we would try it out. She had the brisket sandwich and it was loaded with meat and a side of sweet potato fries. She was very impressed with the flavor of everything and how much meat was on the bun . I had the pulled pork the meat was falling out of the bun.and I had a side of Mac and cheese very yummy in my tummy great sweet tea and the staff treated us like long time friends. If we are in town we will definitely make a stop in again.

I had a smoked pork steak...I cut it with a plastic knife...it was so tender, juicy, and had the best flavor of a pork steak I've ever had! Definitely a new hang out!!!Dietary restrictions: I have celiac and they were able to accommodate!
The pork steak had a great rub and smoke flavor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was perfect for a BBQ restaurant. It is really close to the Columbia, MO airport. It was a great meal to have before getting on a flight.

I got the Fracho, and it was amazing. My husband got the pulled pork sandwich and coleslaw. The pork was so tender. Bre was a really nice waitress and very friendly. Will definitely be returning . I'm going to try the pork steak next visit.

You are then addressed by one of the most charming and courteous peoples known...she cannot help being nice, that's how she is. Anyway, back to the menu. The card, which is handed to you cordially, and with a few questions to get your meal experience rotating, and culminating with the time when the eating begins.Now, beef, chicken, pork...ok. We have all had these things, though, you may be pleasantly surprised to know that the taste can deliver some amazing surprises.Blah, blah, blah, ...ok- what's the deal? Go there, be pampered and find yourself indulging in an activity that awakens the senses, creates the full-feeling that is so satisfying and makes you want to return with the important people in your life. These may be just words; go there, prove me wrong! I dare you....

Steve makes excellent potato salad! Go on Sunday for a melt in your mouth SO tender you can cut with a fork pork steak! Green beans and mac and cheese are lovely as well. Don't like the baked beans, but you can't be stellar at everything. Brisket and ribs are great too! Support local winning BBQ y'all!!!!!
