Normally I have no complaints, yesterday the 8th, at 2:09:41, order #579021, my husband an I stopped thru drive thru, grabbed our food an off we went. Disappointed to bite into a cold still frozen French fry, my hubby's was the same. Burger was nice an hot, but with frozen cold fries....
Had a craving for ice cream. Ended up with a hot fudge&caramel sundae ? ? mmmmmm boy tasty! Just what I wanted. Service was fast and courteous. Sundae was perfection. Dining area and counter were clean. I'll go to this one again. Nuff Sed! ?

This was a very nice location. The staff was very friendly and courteous and the store was very clean and well maintained. The food was fresh and made to order. I must say that not all Braums locations are not the same... this location was definitely one of the best I have visited yet. Great job everyone and thank you for the fantastic service.
