Arrived at 4pm to eat dinner and watch basketball at 5:10pm. Had to flag a bartender to send a waitress to take our DRINK orders. After we got our drinks, no one came by for 50 MINUTES. No server was even in sight to wave over. We were going to order appetizers before the game but that didn’t happen. At 5pm, with empty beers and no orders taken, we decided to leave and watch the game somewhere else.

Worst service my family and I have ever had coming to this location. The food was not as good as it usually is, Service was Horrible considering it was not busy at All!! We kept having to Ask for our drinks to be refilled. Waiter kept putting hot plates down in front of my 2 yr old grandchild. Not Necessary at all.

i had not been to a bww in around 7 years as they had gone so far downhill both in quality of food, service, and cleanliness. We decided to give this location a try after doordashing it, and we've now been back several times. The draft beers are excellent, the environment is clean and the atmosphere is nice. The service here is wild. I never thought i would be saying this` but this bww has better service than nearly anywhere ive been. (I will note, that I only sit in the bar side of the restaurant, so I cant exactly speak for the other side) It's awesome to see a B dubs doing well, and this one is absolutely doing it right.

Y'all slandered my husband. Its always a terrible idea to have an attorney pissed at you.
Waiter was very rude. Wings were very dry didn’t want to deal with her due to the fact she was very rude. Didn’t bother to add my reward points. A manager at a different location gave me some coupons since i come to that location frequently. The coupon was wings which is considered an entree and get a free appetizer. Instead the waiter made us order something else. It was bogo wings that day with the app it’s bogo wings free instead of bogo half offs So at the other location where the coupons were given to me by the manager I was able to stack discounts with that BOGO wings free app deal instead of half off with the free appetizer coupon. Right here the waiter told me in a rude manner to order some entree besides wings to get a free appetizer then she said she could have only honor one discount either the Bogo wings free instead of the half off or Free appetizer. I am not worried about the discounts, but the waiters tone was rude even after she misinformed us abt the discounts and didn’t add our reward points. We were being as respectful as possible when dealing with her.

Waited 45 minutes for a 10 piece order. Restaurant was only 20% full. The cook actually took time out to come out and socialize with an off duty employee while I was waiting on my order. Not the first time I’ve waited this long, but the last time I will be visiting this location.

Food was great. Waitress was very friendly. Portions were good. Prices ok. Only complaint was how long it took to get waited on and how long it took for the food to arrive at our table. They were not very busy. But it seemed like so many places anymore they were short handed. So, was not really upset about the waitBecause the food was very goodParking: Very hard to get into the parking lot due to traffic on Manchester and the location being the the first stop at the entrance and exit to a very busy shopping center. They really need to make the whole section by the day handicapped parking. Very silly that the spots closest to the door were not handicap

Don't bother with delivery orders from this place. They NEVER get it right. I've ordered salads and received a fucking box of just lettuce and/or no dressing, drinks missing constantly. God forbid you order any extra sauces, you'll never get those. Just shove that 60 cents up your ass. I'm not convinced that reading and comprehension are a requirement for the job or for management. God I hate this place!
