The last 2x have been the worst ...last night I went thru the drive thru and no one helped me so I just left. There were youths going in and out of the back door they have lost control.

This location is run down. It often requires a lengthy wait, even if there is no one else in line. And they always ask you to pull around to the side doors instead of having you sit in the drive-thru to wait for your food. Even when no one is behind you. Why??

This location is very inconsistent. Sometimes everything is great, other times they'll randomly say the are out of hamburger meat or their system down.

Absolutely ridiculous came at 4 waited in the drive through for 10 minutes the employees were just sitting inside watching me wait,decided to order online so I could finally get my food even tried calling never have been so annoyed

Went through the Drive-thru for lunch. Spent over $12. Was going to use my BK app to get credit for the points but was in a hurry. They still managed to gype me out of my French fries.

It was a little wait but I didn't mind because I noticed that it was only one person running the whole restaurant. When I say the girl was on top of everything she was a trooper, she handled it much grace. She took orders, made the food and got it out in a reasonable amount of time I wish I had her name because I would give her a shout out.

Looks like I’m one of many that is not happy? Does the cooperate office even look at the reviews? I went and had to get the attention of some one through the speaker after 3xs (ish) of the Drive through The only good thing was the worker did say thank you for choosing Burger King I’ll be with you in a moment. Got tired of waiting so just left. There were a line of cars behind me. Partially left b/c I didn’t want an accident on Manchester to happen.

Drive thru took forever to get my order. Over 35 minutes for a cheese burger. Once I got my order it had a huge fry inside that I did not order. And the smallest cheeseburger known to mankind.

Could not get receipt because machine was broken. Order took 20 minutes for chicken nuggets and fries. Given cups with a little ice for warm soda in lobby. Employee laughed when Uber driver's food was not ready on time. Other customers had to wait a long time for their order.

This was for Uber eats a delivery so didn't get to eat the food however it was all ready to go when we got there. And there was no delay so 4 stars is appropriate.
The one worker was extremely rude and I was charged for a DOUBLE ham croissanwich (which I ordered) and it only had one piece.. also when you order without egg apparently they don't warm the sandwich at all.. which was not great

I pulled up in the Drive-Thru and sat there a few minutes before my order was taken. I requested cheese on my Burger. I checked my bag after leaving the window and discovered there was no cheese. I bagged back in the Drive-Thru line and blew my horn and the cashier never came to the window. I drove around to the drive-thru again and the cashier never came to request my order. I went to the window and knocked but no one came. Two cars pulled up behind me and sat there for at least 10 minutes before I drove off. The cashier and the cook disappeared!

Went here because it was close and thought it would be quick. Only ordered Chicken Fries, 2 cookies and a black coffee. Took 25 minutes!!!! This is what they said took all of the extra time..... straight up! That's the condition they were in BEFORE I removed them from the bag!!!!

Five stars!! 08/01/21 11:30 a.mWe decided to grab burger king lunch menu for a late breakfast for us. I am very judgemental when it comes to burger kings. I always hated burger king growing up in FL. The food was always wrong and gross and cold and for a big part of my adult life I avoid burger kings. But hubby loves their whoppers so we go every once in a while. We don't normally go to this location because it's a bit out of our way. The drive thru is a bit confusing. Anyways cheesy tots were back which is always a plus. We got a few whopper juniors , 3 fries, 2 cheesy tots, and two 10 piece nuggets. Once we ordered and paid we waited probably 2 and a half to 3 minutes. No complaints on waiting because everything was very fresh!!! Heck 5 minutes later I still couldn't eat my fries cause they were still too hot which for me is good. I hate cold fries. I never mind waiting for fresh. Burger king fresh fries are probably one of my favorite indulgences. One of the only things I actually enjoy from BK. I was very pleased with my experience with this BK this morning. I don't think I have ever had a bad experience here. Everyone who works here is always very nice. I do feel like there is often a small wait time but everytime the food is fresh. And we are a family of 4 and order much food so that adds to the wait time. Thank you to the workers who deal with j*** faces!!
