They made us pull forward for our meal and then they forgot a whole combo meal and when we went back they were saying it was an hour later and we had gotten home and turned right back around and they were a little snotty with us but ended up giving us our meal but their attitude sucked

When I was a teenager Dairy Queen had the best soft serve. It was creamy and delicious. I haven't had it in a long time. Iordered a snickers blizzard and I was so disappointed! It was tasteless and gritty. It was so gross that I did not eat it.

Feels like death inside, food was cold, and my blizzard was melting. My child's cone was barely large enough to be called a cone. Complained to a pompous man calling himself manager called Lawrence. And he told me off, that he didn't care about the job. Saw the distaste in the employees eyes towards him several female employees seemed scared of him. While I was there I saw him do nothing, but stand and oggle employees and customers. Heard and saw him make unwanted advances towards female customers making them uncomfortable. No one said a thing to him. As I was leaving I saw him smoking, definitely not a cigarette or nic vape. The smell was so skunky. Can't believe such a seemingly useless sexist employee who was stoned during work hours is a manager or whatever.

New cashier - super SLOW & clueless was patient took 10 minutes to place order. Others there orders were messed up at the counter. Huge

A mistake that could have caused a person's life! Please be careful with people's orders next time. Went through the drive thru here the other night. The lady taking the order sounded like she didn't want to take our order at all. But whatever. Ordered a sundae, a blizzard and a peanut buster parfait. The blizzard wasn't flipped, which it should have or it would have been free. But that was okay. While ordering, we said to switch out the peanuts for pecans since we can't have peanuts. And guess what? The parfait had peanuts and no pecans! First of all, we know DQ so well that we know there's three layers of hot fudge to the parfait. There were only 2, and again we let that pass. But the peanuts were what we were concerned about. What if the person ordering was severely allergic to peanuts and they didn't switch them out? They could have caused that person's life. Please watch out.

Too many wrong orders here at the drive-thru. Since I pay extra for pecans and whipped cream on my sundaes, I'm disappointed that there have been so many times when they either forgot to put the hot fudge on, the whipped cream, or pecans instead of peanuts. I'm very sure to enunciate clearly at the drive-thru, and it's on the receipt correctly, but when I get it things are missing. Tonight I had to get the peanuts replaced with pecans, and then later I realized there was no whipped cream. I'm going to either have to start going in or find an alternative place to get sundaes, even though I like DQ. Someone is not paying attention. I've seen other reviews saying the same thing and yet it continues
