My first time ever going to Dunkin, I placed a 20.00 mobile order today at 6pm. The store doesn’t close until 8pm. My husband went to pick up our order in the freezing cold to be told that despite the fact that they took our money, they were out of donuts….. !? And- could not refund our money! They said I would need to call 800 number Monday to request a refund. What?! Do better! Or close.

It's been a while since I stopped at this Dunkin because the last time I was here it was pretty bad. Both my drink and my daughter's drink were wrong but we were in a hurry so we didn't ask to have it redone. Fast forward about a year to today. We gave it a second chance on our way to see a 10:00 showing of Wonka. Too early for popcorn, but donut holes sounded perfect. Wellll, the service is still terrible. I had to repeat my order so many times I gave up and just drive up to the window. And the drink order was wrong. They did fix it, but it took a crazy long amount of time for our order. The employees were courteous, but just didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. The donut holes were good, but the lost time and frustration isn't worth it.

The person taking our order at the windows was rushing so much that it irritated me!! I wanted to order more but decided not to because of her rushing our order and there were no other cars behind us!!!!!
I waited for 15 minutes to get a ham and cheese croissant. After 15 minutes I left because I still didn’t have it, they got $5 and I didn’t get my croissant. This location definitely needs more help on a Saturday morning 3 employees doesn’t cut it. The drive through was worse. I think they need to go back through training. Also, the donut quality was not as good as other locations.

We were here at around 4PM on a Saturday afternoon and were the only ones here. Most of the tables in the dining area had not been cleaned and trash was on the floor. We only went in for a coffee and a donut. The donut selection was poor, we had a choice of 4 flavors. My husband chose here as he is from Chicago and loves Dunkin. He said it’s the worst one he had been to and considering the area we were in, that’s disappointing! The coffee was OK, I decided not to eat the donut.
