DO NOT waste your time, money, appetite, or energy with this location! First of all, every person working in there looks like they haven’t showered for two weeks or seen a razor in the last five years. It’s absolutely disgusting from the moment you walk in the door! I have had two problems with this location, each time they shrug it off as if there was no error on their part and try to blame it on the customer. My last instance was confusion when calling into place an order. I called this location specifically and their voice Automation Prompted me to press one if I’d like to place an order. Upon doing so I was sent a link via text message to place my order for this location. After completing the order, paying for it, and adding a generous tip, I received the text to track my order. I showed up right at the time That my order was supposed to have been ready to pick my order up. Upon walking in the door the first gentleman couldn’t figure out who I was or which order was placed because of this total that he showed me did not match the order total, I showed him the confirmation I received. I finally asked him to grab a manager to what he did. The manager approached with a disgusting looking beard and explained that my order was sent to a different location by mistake. He told me that they were problems with their ordering system, but further explained that there was nothing that he could do and that I had to drive to the other location more than 10 minutes away to pick up my lunch order of a small cheese pizza with a salad. I explained I didn’t have time to pick it up and been paid for, but he went on again to say that there was nothing he could do about it. I don’t often leave negative reviews, because I understand the restaurant business is a difficult one. But on a simple task like this, where they blame the mistake on me and shrug their shoulders to say there’s nothing more they can do about it, that’s where I drive a line. This is extremely poor customer service by standards! I called the other location Where my order Located further east, closer to 141 and Manchester. I spoke with the manager there, Sheila, who is very helpful and courteous. She explained that he should’ve fixed the order since it was so simple and it was handled incorrectly. Again this is the second problem I’ve had with this location and refused to give them any more business. Again, do not waste your time, money or appetite on this location. Management needs to wipe display, clean and start from scratch here!

I ordered a pizza. It arrived shortly after WITH PIECES MISSING FROM THE PIZZA AS IF SOMEONE HAD EATEN FROM IT. After I called the store just to make them aware, and the manager basically yelled at me saying I was incorrect and that non of his employees would ever do that. So F this store.

We wanted to express our great appreciation to Josh, who was very courteous, really friendly, and undoubtedly sincere in wanting to meet our needs. It was very good of Josh to personally make the pizza for us.For Imo's corporate, please offer:a.) 100% whole wheat crustb.) all-organic veggiesYou will certainly draw in a new segment of customers!For this location of Imo's:a.) While Josh wore gloves through the preparation process, it did not seem that all of your employees did. Please impress your team to do so!b.) The pizza itself was delicious, but the salad was brown. When I called to request a refund, of the salad I'd had delivered, the person identified themselves as "the manager" and argued over the quality of the salad I was looking at. When I asked for a refund, they insisted they could not refund the salad but they could send a replacement. When I asked for a replacement, they sighed a very loud sigh, said "fine" and hung up.

Ordered pizza for delivery at 4:45. Said it would be delivered at 5:30-5:45. The food was delivered at 6:30. The pizza was cold and rubbery. It tasted old and had barely any toppings on it. Will not be ordering from this location again. Not good at all!

I bought a large sausage pepperoni pizza yesterday and the cheese was browned and crispy edges and it was SUPER YUMMYMY entire household loved it. I sat on the lot and opened the box and saw what it looked like and almost took it back…..I tasted it first and it was the BOMB DIGGITY ????I guess it depends on taste and everybody is entitled to that. I figured the more baked it was, the more the sausage was done. One thing you don’t want is undercooked sausage and be sick as a dog!!! My family wants another one! Thanks guys and I must note that I usually get lunch special and it’s always good Parking: Lots of parking

Gross - the food from this location is such poor quality compared to other locations. I ordered toasted ravioli, which is one of my favorite items from Imos. The raviolis are overcooked, lack quality flavor, and tastes like the alumni pan they came in. Most locations wrap them in foil and put them in a Styrofoam box. I also ordered a pizza. They put the toppings under the cheese...who does that? Just weird and burnt and tastes like the packing it came in. Disgusting and a huge waste of money.
