We recently had a large iftar gathering at Biryani house. Biryani was nice and the Chicken Karahi was very very good as was the kheer. Restaurant has a nice ambiance and food was great. Service persons atitude not acceptable standard. They do not care about customer at all. Spill the liquid on the dining table by throwing the lot of spoons never bothered to clean the table. There was no supervision on these service personnel. Sorry state of affairs. After sering this we suppose to book second event we changed our plan.
So the food is good, I order goat biryani and their goat is delicious. They make Hyderabadi Biryani which is great and tasty. But their service is not good, I called this Tuesday if they have buffet this Friday for Ramadan, they confirmed with me verbally and once I showed up to the restaurant they told me they did not have buffet. This was very frustrating, I was fasting all day. Anyway, the food is good, I would get food again but I would not dine in here for sure. Maybe, I should have called a hour before, but the guy on the phone should have not given me misinformation.
Food is delicious! You will like this place if you like your Indian/ Pakistani food on the spicy side. I was there for a fundraiser where they served lunch and the women at my table were commenting how the food was tasty and flavorful. I especially enjoyed the chicken - wish I had gotten seconds ?
