The service was efficient and fast. There's a lot of workers on the inside, ensuring everyone gets their pizza. First time ever coming here. The prices are normal to what the prices are these days. The food also tasted great no complaints.

Ordered one Pizza online at 4:00pm to be up at 5:10. Walked into pick up at 5:10 and was told another 15-20 minutes. Then one of the workers started being smart with us. First and last order from MarcosFor us.

this pizza is sooo good! I don't know they do to their pizzas but they are amazing! great service too! I can't post a photo because the pizza is all gone! lol

Disappointed. This was our first time trying Marco's in Ballwin. My husband ordered 2 pizzas each with different toppings. Two pizzas were made but the toppings were incorrect on one of the pizzas. After an already long wait we couldn't wait for the order to be corrected. We're giving 2 stars for sympathy because the employees were swamped. But the timed order process isn't a great idea when multiple orders are put in at the same time.

Put in for curbside pickup. Waited 15min for them to bring it out because it said it was ready and we already put in that we had arrived at the store. Well they never brought it out… Husband had to go in and get it. He said it was just waiting on the counter.

Ordered a 12” steak sub - got bread with maybe 3 tablespoons of steak for $12.00. Maybe one half of a mushroom in the entire sub.A six inch Subway steak sub has more meat on it than the 12” here.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.
Staff was great for delivery and they made everything really well … but food has ZERO taste. We got pizza, breadsticks, and wings and none of them had ANY flavor. Zero clue how Marcos is

Lousy. A bunch of kids screaming and wasting time while orders stack up. Drivers don’t help at all and the music was loud and inappropriate. I just want my food. Waited only to find out it’s been sitting on their heat rack forever while I waited the whole time. Got home and it was meh.Parking: The stores surrounding the pizza place are so busy they take all the spaces so I had to loop several times. I gave up and illegally parked on the side near the back
