I was greeted upon entry and went to the fridge section to make my selections. The three items totaled $19.77. I haven't tried anything yet but hopefully it's as I remember.

Oberweiss is easily my favorite dairy brand, and my experience tonight at the Manchester Road branch in St Louis sealed that decision. My group ordered a large triple chocolate shake, a strawberry malt, and a kids strawberry cup and they all came out of the kitchen quickly and very delicious. Jacob, the shift leader tonight, was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to give us all a great experience. I will definitely be back when I'm coming through town, in equal parts due to the food quality and Jacob's efforts.

My wife and I are visiting for a few days and we were in the mood for ice-cream. I had the strawberry shortcake shake and she had the chocolate cake shake. They were both delicious and made perfectly. I don't know about the rest of the items but our shakes were 5-Star.

What a great place! You would be hard pressed to find ice cream of this quality anywhere else, especially anywhere in the area. How can I describe the ice cream.... the texture is....fudgy? Is that the right word? It does not feel like the cheap ice cream, it's actually thicker and sticks more, I don't know if that makes sense. We like it a lot, you can really taste the quality. Everything else has already been said by other reviewers. And! It's an actual dairy so you can pick up milk (in glass bottles with a deposit, so bring the empty bottle back when you are done!), butter, eggs, etc.

We got 2 come off ice cream. It was $14. That's kind of a lot. I got a chocolate caramel crunch, and my wife got a chocolate donut. They were ok. Not great. A lot of ice crystals in it. But the cones were terribly stale. We ate our ice cream and thought we'd mention the stale cones to the manager. As soon as she came out, she was exasperated. No, I'm sorry about that or anything. Just I guess I'll refund the cones. That's fine. She couldn't figure it out, so she refunded the whole thing. I guess she was trying to resolve the issue, so we left a good tip for the employees who are stuck with a manager that obviously doesn't want to be there.We heard good things but were severely disappointed with the customer service, the price, and the product.

I had the taste for some coconut ice cream and called Oberweis in Ballwin to see if they had this flavor. The person I spoke with told me they carried it in the freezer case prepackaged. When I arrived I found out that the only coconut ice cream they carried was Coconut Chocolate Almond. Disappointed and in shock that a quart of their ice cream was $10 I walked out. My wife who was sitting in the car insisted I go back and buy the quart because we had not found any coconut ice cream in any grocery store and wanted to give their coconut chocolate almond a try. Thanks to her we gave it a try and it was delicious. Not what I wanted and still prefer - but very tasty.Will we return? Probably. Should the staff be more accurate? Definitely! The cost is high but when your craving good ice cream their product fits the bill.

BALLWIN MANAGER does not like NON-AMERICANS!!I am a citizen and have been in USA for 25 years, never had to write a review on anyone or business since most were very minor issues.But this one is not acceptable.Location- Ballwin MODate/Time - 6/4/2023 3:30 -4:00 PMThere was this loud mouthed Lady Manager at the Ballwin store, forgot to notice her Name.I first had a bad experience with her 6-7 months ago, I don't remember exactly but her reply was so sarcastic and provoking.For some reason I did not have to deal with her next 6 months.On june 4, 2023 I went there to get milk and my crate was a little dirty since it was on my patio for some time.I bought only the the milk and did not pay any tips that prompted on the screen since I was just buying the milk not buying any ice cream that they are making.Maybe she did not like me choosing NO TIPS.Now the MAIN PartThere were other returned cartons next to me and I thought anyways they are going to clean those since the bottles returned were not really cleaned.I took one of the cartons,she asked what is wrong with mine I said it was dirty. She says impolitely 'That is your crate you have to clean it, now we have to clean it?'and very rudely grabs the crate and throws under the desk harshly.If she said politely I would have taken it back , I was about to take it back but her loudmouth and behavior did not go well with me.And also there were no customers at that time and that was the reason too. I was walking out without saying anything and she called me NAMES on my back.She used a cuss word..(Oberwise - please check your cameras)At the same time some customers were entering and I did not want to create a scene there.I did not say a single word.I was outside thinking to return the crate, but her bad behavior did not let me.I think she does not like NON-AMERICANS, maybe she has been behaving with them for a while but maybe they did not care or did not have time to complain. I am sure some workers working under may have faced her arrogance.I don't think she would dare do this to AMERICANS.They would have given her a mouthful.Oberwise- Businesses struggle to get customer satisfaction, but you don't know what is going on at this level. You may be doing too good , couple of reviews may not affect you and you may not care.Because of some people your reputation goes down, it is a bad choice hiring these people.I will send this to my group and all my community.If you have Cameras please check this.
