Went to this Papa John’s once. The person on the phone took my order, charged me for it, then when I got there 15 minutes later to pick it up, the manager was inside at the register shaking their head like they are closed. I placed the order at 10:15, get there by 10:30, and they were supposed to be open until 11pm. They never made my pizza or intended to, closed the store down early, and still took my money. I was extremely hungry & was really looking forward to it. I’ll never return to this location!

Used uber to deliver my food. When parts of my order were missing they told me to get a refund for the item instead of completing my order and the manager thinks this is acceptable. This was the last time. I've reached out to corporate, deleted the app and refuse to do business with Papa John's as a whole moving forward.

Manager guy Tyler handled our complaint exactly the way an owner would be pleased to have it handled. Manager lady Alex should be terminated and banned from working in the hospitality industry under penalty of actual imprisonment.
??Don’t eat here!!!??Extremely poor hygiene! The employee with the bull ring in her nose was rubbing her oily face and eyes when I walked in. She then proceeded to cash out the delivery driver, handing money and touching the register. Then she took my order. Right after, she immediately walked over and began handing the dough for a pizza! I called her out about it on the spot to which her response was ..“ well, this isn’t your pizza ”. I was appalled! Even the Uber Eats guy who was waiting as well chimed in on her disgusting behavior. She became defensive and proclaimed that her hands were clean! Unbelievable! I came for a pepperoni with cheese pizza and if I had waited in my vehicle like she had hoped, I would have left with a fecal dollar with sebum cheese pizza!!! The poor hygiene witnessed definitely warrants one less customer and a call to the health department! Unacceptable!

The store is really clean. The workers are really nice they get your pizza out as quickly as they can to you. I work for dash so they are really nice to us most restaurants are not they're not very nice with us dashers for some reason. They act like we are bothering them. We are just trying to do our job to and get the food to the customer for them and dash. So Papa John's you keep rocking because you have been especially being shorthanded on workers.
The manager of the store was high, and rude. When we asked for an updated ETA he responded, "It'll be there when it gets there." Our order was 40 mins late at this point. I'll find other pizza options, you should too.

I have literally never encountered someone so rude in my life when calling about an error in my order. Everyone in there stinks of cigarettes and I wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in everyone’s food if you dare complain
