The food is fine. With that said, ownership needs to educate their staff. What is the point of wearing gloves when you're going to keep touching your face, handling money then touch peoples food right after? How does this make sense, people? Let me tell you, even with a 2 star rating ownership will not do squat. Someone needs to step in, completely disgusting.

Love Penn Station, especially the Artichoke and Mushroom. Also, no trip is complete without their fries and maybe a chocolate chunk cookie.We came in 15 minutes before closing, bu there was no grumbling from the staff with the late arrival. The staff was friendly, talkative and the place looked clean and well kept.

Slow slow slow hire more workers! Waited my whole lunch break for my order sad hire more to account for the DoorDash orders the customers that come in the store suffer!!!!

Not very fast and not very cheap. This place used to be a favorite but nowadays it's kinda fallen off. Not much substance in the subs these days, you have to ask for more veggies if you want them, and pay for a slim margin more of protein. If you want to wait 25-30 minutes then go there. I suggest Jersey Mikes instead.

Food was great but had some concerns while there. The person taking the orders was not properly trained and was wearing gloves while using the register and then went to making food without changing his gloves. The other person making food went to get more bread and while doing so he hit his vape while wearing his gloves and went back to making food without changing them. There was also chemical spray bottles out next to food.
