I come to this location all the time because it's right by my house and there's normally pretty good service but this was not the case tonight. My drink was given to me wrong three times at the drive thru window. First, they gave me a grande cup which also had no sweet cream cold foam on top so i told them i ordered a venti and it needed the cold foam. they set it on the counter and started making me a venti then handed it to me without the caramel drizzle. they took it back in...read full review
Rashid made me a wonderful Winter edition concoction of a hot latte, he was the only one there with a long line and was handling it gracefully but also not skimping on quality of my special order of a drink. Thanks so much! ??????

When I walked into the store, there was no customer but I didn't receive a greeting from any of the staff. One staff member was training another and they didn't acknowledge my presence at first.
