The quality of food and service between the morning/afternoon and evening shift is insane.Everytime I pick up my food in the morning shift, they have NEVER gotten my order wrong and given me anything incorrect. They make sure to always give me a straw and napkins. Great service.The evening shift is an absolute disaster. For the last 6 orders, I placed after 6pm, they have given me someone elses order. They don't seem to pay any attention to the orders and just hand people random stuff. Even before those 6 orders, they would ocassionally give me wrong stuff or forget to remove/add stuff like sourcream for example.Another issue I am noticing is that they started preparing MOBILE drive thru orders right when they get them. They used to wait until the person actually arrived in the drive thu before starting on the order. One of my mobile app orders were soggy because of this. Again this happened after 6pm.If I am rating only morning/afternoon food orders, it would be 5/5. Evening shift shenanigans drop it by 2 stars.

Taco Bell is ok for food, that's it. Just ok. I came w a friend to this location and just tolerated it. The food was as I would expect - ok. The service was pretty good, they were just busy as can be and did their best. The atmosphere was LOUD. It was as though they were trying to hear the music over kitchen equipment, forget about what the customers might think (isn't that what the music is for-customers?) Loud enough that I will not go back. I'll find a hole in wall taco shop.

Today everything was wrapped and packed perfect. Everything was hot. So many times I get everything sloppily throw into a bag. It looked like just one older woman was at the window. Whoever was working today did an amazing job.

While door dash driving this location had a “Sorry we close at 10pm sign.”I had two orders on my route that I had to cancel due to them ignoring me at the window for 10 minutes.Staff proceeded to ignore me and clean.Cost me $17.

The curly red haired girl with black earrings is pattttttthetic. Taco bells charity case employee should NOT impact the customers experience. If her personality, emotional state or place on the spectrum prevents her from doing her job or prevents j off DeAndre from doing his she needs to stick with stocking the sauces and NOT be given any job of working with customers.

the drive through service was completely unacceptable on November 16, 2023 around 1pm. She was rude, impatient, and entitle. I will no longer be giving this location my business due to their staffing issues. I ordered 2 entrees and was asked to slow down so I did. I was then interrupted multiple times, and when asked if everything looked okay on the screen I mentioned that I was charged for 3 drinks instead of the 2 I ordered and her response was "I work here you don't, I know how to do my job". At that point I wanted to leave, but decided to Stay cause everyone has bad days. as soon as I pull up to the window She immediately starts to complain about the 2 additional Cars in line While in front of me. I've worked In the service industry since I was able to work. And I know this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

Were out of chicken beef. Wouldn't let me order more then 2 itmes and said they weren't going to take my order because they were closing soon (11:00 order put in, said closed at midnight)
