God bless whoever was working at this location on February 23, 2024 around 7:45 pm. Exhilarating experience. I have been to many a Taco Bell across the nation, and nothing compares to the experience I had tonight. My girlfriend and I ordered online, pulled up to the drive thru, low expectations because we had never been to this location, wholly unprepared for the absolute perfection that was handed to us in that bag within seconds of arriving to the window. The baja blasts were the most crisp, flavorful fountain drinks ever to be poured into a plastic cup. The bean burritos were warm and oozy, filled to the brim with the extra red sauce that often goes unnoticed in our regular order. I was getting beautiful, stringy cheese pulls from the usually dry and sad bean burritos that I would order at the Mackenzie and Watson location. The gorditas were similarly spectacular, unmatched by any gordita prepared by any other Taco Bell. Spicy potato soft taco was nothing short of a supernatural experience. It made me feel closer to the Lord. This was by far the best Taco Bell meal I have ever had the privilege of consuming. I wish I could bottle the feeling of absolute euphoria that came from the first bite of each item, increasingly more scrumptious than the last. I hope the team that prepared this meal takes great pride in their craft and spends every day of their lives being loved and protected by the powers that be. Thanks again.

They’re never on time, they try to scam, the food is almost always soggy, you’re missing items, etc. this Taco Bell needs to be shut down. We door dash from them but NEVER get it on time or we have to refund the items. Each time it’s been Taco Bell’s fault and not DoorDash.

I used to go to Taco Bell regularly, but now I only go in a pinch or when there's no other options. This locations service and staff were perfectly fine, but when I received the bill is when I regretted get trapped in the drive through and placing an order. $15.00 for 2 mediocre highly processed Chalupas and a soggy Crunchwrap Supreme is insanity in my opinion. You could go to a proper Mexican restaurant and have a respectable meal for that. This is not the staffs fault. This is pure corporate greed and I don't recommend going to any Taco Bell and paying their inflated prices. It's really just not worth it.

If you want the worst fast food experience of your life, go to this Taco Bell. I’ve waited an hour for my food, had to wait a day to get my order and argue about a refund because of a power outage, and have had poor customer service experience numerous times. Not only does the establishment lack menu boards, clean tables, and a quick staff, but is also a source of taco frustration every time without fail. At least they’re consistent.

Apparently they can only handle 1 car at the drive through at a time. Ordered 3 different burritos for a total of $11 and they gave me 3 of the same burritos that cost $4 total. No sauce either.

Google says they're open at 8am. I get permission to leave work to go get food and I chose here. Little did I know that I was going to get screamed at in the parking lit by an employee cause it's closed. I just tried saying that she should let her manager know that online shows different than when they are actually open. Apparently those were fighting words cause she started screaming at me and screamed she was done and walked away.

This location is very lazy I try to come here multiple times this month for the Taco Bell breakfast meal that is overly advertised all over TV however despite their business hours being opened at 8 AM every time I come here there are multiple cars here showing that people are working here and they refuse to answer the drive-through speaker and take any orders obviously they are just milking their time clocked in and not servicing any customers. This happened multiple times to me at the specific location even while sitting in the drive-through I had called multiple times and someone actually answered the phone and said they’re not ready to open yet I told them their business hours says open at 8 AM and they just hung up the phone on me other times when I tried showing up inside of the business hours and calling they just answer the phone and hang up so obviously people are inside just not working don’t waste your time here especially if it is for a meal break for your job

I had work early in the morning and wanted to stop and grab something before my shift, I know they were open because Google said so and there were staff members inside the building but when I went up to the drive-through, they all just hid in the back of the kitchen so they didn't have to take my order

Average. Ok, a little less than average. The staff would rather be anywhere else than there and it shows. The food was thrown together by someone that just doesn't care and the quality is sub-par. This was our second visit and the second visit felt like the same food was still in the warmer from the first visit. I'm not giving this a one star because there were no cockroaches anywhere so that is a huge bonus, not that you should expect them here. But one star deducted because the dining area needed a lot of picking up and the trash had not been done to the point where it was about to overflow. For the amount of (lack of) customers there you would think the staff would have that place spotless. Again.....I don't think they want to be there and do as minimal of work as possible. For now I'm off to leave a great review of a new Taco Bell location located about ten minutes away on the same road as this one.
