Small but deliciously mighty sushi restaurant in a strip mall. Many of the typical rolls, but well prepared and yummy. Not a raw sushi fan myself, but noted a happily sated face on others ordering the raw. Service is attentive and polite with lively banter between servers and kitchen. Extensive menu. Enjoyable dining experience.

Very solid sushi. Their spicy mayo actually has a little bit of spicy to it, so their spicy salmon and spicy tuna rolls might be my favorite in town right now. In my opinion, the only thing holding them back from 5 stars is that they could use more roll options with fish. A lot of their choices are crab or shrimp, and I prefer fish. Overall, good food and very friendly service.

Excellent sushi and the service is always wonderful. This is one of our favorite spots and we bring our two younger sons here all the time who also love everything we order! Sushi is fresh and of the absolute best quality. The couple who owns the restaurant (Chef and waitress) are two of the most genuine hard working people. Highly recommend!!

If you are ever in Ballwin, you need to stop at this hole in the wall restaurant. Located in a very small plaza you would never think this place is ever open, but it always is! My wife and I have gone here a handful of times and we thoroughly enjoy it every time. From the plethora of sushi offered to the Bento Boxes there is a little bit of everything for everyone! When you walk in, you'll find a quaint and quiet restaurant. The owner is very nice and was very attentive to us. I ordered the Salmon Bento Box and my wife ordered the Spicy Salmon Roll. Everything was delicious. For the price of food and the amount of food you receive is great! Make sure you stop by Chunmi when you're craving sushi!
