This place is a joke. I ordered online and was a few minutes early. The old guy behind the counter snapped at and was very rude towards me because I showed up early. What he was not expecting was me to give back that same kind of energy!!! Not my fault he chose the sandwich artist career and hates his job.

Customizing sandwiches is nice with a lot of options. Staff is fast, knowledgeable in recommendations, and cooperative. If you're wanting a sandwich quick, u can't go wrong with this

Ordered meatball sub and had absolutely no sauce. I definitely thought to myself that I want to eat sandpaper for dinner after working two jobs and going home. Will never go here again. If I could do less than one star I would.

I went in today to buy some lunch for my wife and I, she usually orders tuna but only if it’s been made fresh/recently. I asked the young lady, sapphire when it had been made and she told me she had made it this morning. My wife had me call the store because it didn’t sit well with her, only to find out it expires tomorrow. My sandwich was great but they aren’t honest about how fresh their food is.

Subway offers BOGO but it's only certain locations. Had a heck of a time ordering online which is the only way to get offer. I had to drive over 10 miles one way (there were 2 closer but do not participate) get order and drive back. I had ordered the Meatball and 2 of my meatballs were so burnt they were rocks. Plus they made it skinnier.

Subway has definitely become better with their selection. They are now sliding down hill though when making your sandwich. The toppings are becoming less and less when you make a selection. Two pickles on a foot long and then when asking for more they say "ok but we have to charge you for that" I guess this is the new norm as many fast food places are charging for things that were once free with an order....

The girl who waited on me today was working alone and the store was packed not to mention the online orders pouring in. Her co worker was late coming in and she not only kept her composure but she kept A smile on in A situation I’m not sure I could have especially since several people in the store were very rude impatient and didn’t have much nice to say. Just bitter people! But Abby was her name and I received wonderful service from her not to mention one of the best subway sandwiches I’ve personally ever had. Keep up the hard work young lady it is being noticed.

They need to slow down and read the receipts for online orders. My co worker and I both ordered online for pick up as our lunches are not very long. When we got back our orders were not correct. At that point over half of our lunch is over so we had no time to get it corrected. As a former employee of Subway it’s pretty upsetting.

Can't order online, for over 2 weeks, and the store doesn't honor coupons(big bait and switch)!! it took 25 minutes to get 3 customers, with 2 employs, through the line! Go to Kansas Exprwy store. Much more professional personnel and they accept coupons.

I like Subway. That being said, I do not like the "app ordering" to where a walk in customer has to wait until several call in orders are completed before I am even acknowledged, let alone waited on. The first time this happened was over a 10 minute wait and still no acknowledgment so I walked out. Today, I was at least said hello to when I entered and just waited while 4 footlong sandwiches were made before I could put in my order.Maybe an employee for the walk in customer should be available during the lunch time, while the other works exclusively on call in orders, might help!
