Waitress was not looking to see if we needed anything-- hard to get her attention. Then, when she finally brought out the biscuits I asked for, she didn't bring plates. We had nothing to eat off of. When we mentioned this, she said we didn't ask for a plate. I've been going to Cracker Barrel for almost 30 years, and plates for biscuits are always brought out with the biscuits. Her attitude was poor, and I spoke with Jacob, the manager. He was nice enough, but he blamed Cracker Barrel corporate office for the changes with the biscuits and told me I should have asked for a plate. Common sense tells a person to bring something for people to eat off of. And when I blasted this on my Facebook page my friend in SC said her Cracker Barrel still brings out plates and biscuits together. Altogether, poor experience that "corporate" will be hearing about.

When it comes to online or over the phone orders they just screw up our orders on such a regular basis I can't honestly suggest more than the one star. The food is good but if you ordered it to go I'd say we get our whole order 20% of the time and we often get charged for things we don't receive. Sometimes we've missed half a whole order or don't receive things like the gravy for biscuits and gravy. Great food but their online ordering is garbage. My naivety has been expended.

Boy was I ever disappointed! I have never waited so long at a Cracker Barrel to be seated or even acknowledged in my life. I should have known better and left at that moment. We went on a Sunday (4-13-24) around 3:30-4:00. There were maybe 6 tables seated in the whole place so they were super slow. Once seated our serve came and greeted us took our drink order and Order and then left. We waited for a long while to recieve our drinks in fact he came back out may 10 or 15 minutes later and refilled the drinks of his other table cause he only had 2 tables sat at the time before we even recieved our drinks. I think it may have jogged his memory cause right after he got their refills and brought them bread he brought our drinks out. A lady walking by looked over and said our order should be out soon but never stopped to address us just continued walking. Our appetizer finally came out Then shortly after that our food came out. He then topped off our drinks and to say that our sweet tea was horrible is a huge understatement but atleast we had something to drink right. We did not see him at our table again until way after we were done eating and waiting for him to bring us our check. Which eventually he did thank goodness. We got immediately up and went to pay. While paying the two families in front of us also had major issues with their service as well. We will never return to this location again. To have been so slow and have so many tables dirty just sitting, no paper towels to dry your hands off in the mens bathroom and poor service blows my mind. They can not say they were under staffed either because they had atleast 4 servers on the floor. So disappointing!

Firstly, the service was horrible. We had to ask someone to find our server so we could get food that we had ordered and never got. We never got refills of our drinks or even checked on once while we were eating. We saw our server 3 times. Once to get our drink order then to get our food order and lastly to get the check. Secondly, the food was mediocre at best. The ham, sausage and bacon on my breakfast was burnt and dried out. My husband asked for medium well cooked for his hamburger and it was burnt on the outside and almost raw on the inside. The only redeeming thing was that the pancakes were good. Thirdly, to pay the check, you had to wander through to the back of their little store in the front of the restaurant. When I asked the server where to pay, she just said upfront in the store. The cash register was all the way in the back of the store. It’s like they were forcing you to look through the store just to pay your check! Also, what’s to stop dishonest people from just walking out the door without paying? Bad setup! We will never go back to,Cracker Barrel in Belton again.

Food was really tasty. My roll/ biscuits never showed up & didn't realize it. Until after dinner, when told of this the waitress was kind enough to retrieve some for me.

Dietary restrictions: We didn't eat pork and the waiter was fabulous. He checked in the back which food had pork and wow down the items we should avoid. That was so kind.Wheelchair accessibility: Good parking for handicap.

We decided to give it another try yesterday for the 3rd time.......WE'RE DONE. Meatloaf was disgusting & flavorless, the meat even looked discolored, my son said the bacon was dry & rubbery. Waitress never brought gravy at all. I'd heard CB were closing all locations & that's a shame, but after yesterday's food.... I'm in support of it. Too bad no one cares enough to revamp the meno OR COOKS
