One thing the sandwich I received DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE,,,WHY? IT SEEMS ALL SHOPS ARE LIKE THAT.Sorry can't give you a 5 star, ,I ordered a Philly steak sandwich,,it was cooked on a grill,, which was great. Fresh,,bit not much on the sandwich, more bread that meat, it seems that's the way it all is at these sandwich shops,,,Subway puts more meat for sure on there subs,I will give it another try, maybe try one of there sig. subs, to see if there is a difference,,I hope so,,,People were great,and happy to work there,,,,I will give it one more try ,,,,Kid-friendliness: If you got a screamer, get it to go,,,

Always our favorite sub shop. Subs have plenty of meat and cheese, and the toppings are fresh and crisp. The people here are always top notch; much better than the other brands of sandwich shops. The employees are always top-notch, too.

EXTREMELY disappointed. This was my very first time going to Jersey Mike’s and my absolute last time. Let’s start off by when I walked up to order there was a random piece of bread sitting on the counter. Yep, they used that random piece of bread to make my sandwich. It’s no telling how long it was sitting there. Then the young man that made my sandwich was the most enthused person I’ve ever met in my life. His customer service was horrible. He act like someone forced him to be there. Then he kept putting my bread on the countertop instead of leaving it on the board where you make the sandwich. They are also overpriced. I paid 10.25 for half a sandwich. Mind you no chips or drinks.

Food was good, they neglected to put one of my sandwiches in the bag. Tried to have the refund credited to shore point, as the store was 40 minutes away when I found the issue and was not able to do that. Was told if I wanted to drive out they'd make another. Also couldn't credit my card. Please check your bags before you leave.
Great subs, made to order, quick service! Would love to see black olives and avocados added as options.

Oh my gosh I love this place! I get the original Italian every time with rosemary parmesan bread. Just thinking about it now makes my mouth water. Overall 10 out of 10, and the people are always nice there.

The food is good. I just don’t like the fact that a certain employee wants to run the register and then help make my sandwich. It’s like he was rushing to get me out of there but no one was behind me. My sandwich was being made but he takes over the guy making it, not sure why. I think it’s best to keep the 2 separate. This has made me hesitant to go back.

I first ordered here because Jimmy John's doesn't deliver to my house. I'd heard of JM's but never gave it much thought. Let's just say I'm now abandoning Jimmy John's and going exclusively with Jersey Mike's. The sandwich portions are a lot bigger than I thought they would have been. The BLT is amazing. Bacon crisped to the perfection level, perfect amount of crunch, by which I was really surprised. The white bread was also super delicious. It has a different feel and taste of being fresher than those of other sandwich chains.All things considered, you definitely have some 5 star sandwiches there.I had it delivered, so unfortunately, I can't comment on the establishment itself. I've driven by though. Looks like a nice place. ??♀️Vegetarian options: Classic veggie sandwiches and tuna!
