Went there for lunch and the employees were disrespectful and I simply asked for 1 more Buffalo sauce and they denied do to a “sauce policy” I ordered 20 piece chicken with fries how in the hell am I supposed to enjoy my food with only one sauce and 2 ketchups. All the other McDonalds I go to do not hesitate to give me ONE more sauce. The employee also wanted to have a attitude and say “well we are not owned by the same people”. Will not be coming back here.

Spent $32 feeding the family and they gave 1 sauce and said it was 25 cents extra per sauce, acting like it came straight outta his paycheck or sumn. Super rude about some sauces. Won’t come back again

Their employees are extremely rude. I had a mobile order for breakfast placed at 10 am and was in line by 1005, however my order was cancelled due to breakfast stops serving at 1030. We didn’t receive any notifications. Instead we finally got to the window at 10:45 and were told that our order was cancelled. When I proceed to ask if we could have our order replaced with something else the two ladies at the window caught and attitude rolled their eyes and went to go get I’m guessing the manager who came to the window. He was extremely annoyed with us as well and did not replace our order. I tried submitting a case through the McDonalds contact us and got an error. This is absolutely ridiculous! Belton, MO McDonald’s is awful don’t ever stop there!

They had an off day on our visit; there must have been a rush at shift change (2pm on a Saturday). They seemed short-handed and very disorganized. We waited about a half hour to get our food.

First McDonald’s yet to charge .25 at the window when ordered bbq sauce with a chicken nugget value meal! And then when we asked for more at the window, since they gave us 1 only, the lady simply said “.25 more!” Wowzers go to any other place or any other McDonald’s. What a joke this one is!

Disappointing Experience at McDonald'sI recently visited McDonald's expecting the usual deliciousness, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The food was lukewarm and lacked the freshness I've come to associate with McDonald's. Additionally, the service was slow, with long wait times at the counter despite there being only a few customers ahead of me. Overall, it was a disappointing visit that left me craving the quality and efficiency that McDonald's is known for.

After 10 yrs, I give mcdonald's a chance. The result was an extremely watered down shake, not completely mixed, not full, an employee asking if I want them to add more milk to it, and charged $3.10 upcharge on the combo for the horrible experience.Thanks for the immediate reminder to not give my money to your company to fuel your profits.
