I ordered a half and half pizza and they accidentally made the wrong pizza but after bringing that to their attention they made me a fresh pizza quickly. I wasn’t treated disrespectfully when I said something about it. I was treated with respect and quickness

female workers that was on the clock at 4pm needs to go through training on talking to people. Not a friendly attitude and trying to creat non existent problems. All I wanted was a door dash order but it glitched and said no name so I said the food. She then said she needs a name so I called the girl who ordered. I then said the name and she was hesitant to give me as it didn’t show up on the app. Anyway just be nicer without an undertone attitude. I showed no hostility. Ps she shouldn’t lose her job she’s looking after the company but not the right way

Changed stores from Grandview to Belton. Same fantastic pizza! But you cant beat the enthusiasm of the guy that handed me my pizza at the Belton store. Huge smile, and exclaimed with bonafide pride " Here you are! I just made you the most excellent pizza!" And he was RIGHT! Great job Papa John's Belton! Happy to be your new neighbor!

Probably the worst Papa Johns Pizza I've ever had. Wasted 60$ for 2 large pizzas and a tip I wish I could get back. Upon arrival to pick-up the pizza the ambulance was taking someone away. Probably not a good sign either. Not Happy and not returning to this location.

Placed an order at 1:00 for pizza to be delivered at 6:00 and didn't show up until 7:00. When we called the manager said they were the only place open. That was not true. Very disappointed in service and accountability.
If I could give zero stars I would. Had 5 different time changes. Food finally got there and it was cold. Wings were very very small. I'm the head of my fam had to heat everything back up. From now on if I do order from here I will come pick it up myself and bypass using delivery. Alot of money paid for a disappointment meal and using the delivery.

Tonya is great I like the service her team provides.
Every time my grandkids come spend the night, we get Papa John's . We get enough for lunch , dinner, and breakfast the next morning. They love it that much. We call it in and pick it up. It's always ready and the staff are nice. And I love earning Papa dough.
