It’s just more about cleanness. The person that was making my Queso bowl dropped maybe about 3 to 5 jalapeños on the surface of where she make people food. Then she preceded to put them back in bowl. I undertake business get rushed and things happen. But at the least she could’ve grabbed some fresher ones out the container versus picking up the ones she dropped ok a dirty surface and putting it back in my bowl.

7 p.m. on a Wednesday. Two customers in front of me ordering one thing each. 17 minutes to start my order! A young female worker walked around aimlessly at a glacial pace, checking messages on her watch. In the 25 minutes I was there, she made one carry out order. The only other employee, a young man, was making the orders AND cashing customers out—and definitely was not in a hurry either, maybe because he was tired of doing all the work? Seemed like he would rather be anywhere but there working. Unfortunate because the food can be great (when the rice isn’t hard) but not worth the wait or the awkward service.

Last 3 times I've been there, it takes a minute or two for anyone to even get on the line and start my order. Ingredients are generally low quality; meat dried out, veggies not well cooked. It's been about a year now since they could wrap my burrito without splitting or looking like a ball. Definitely room for improvement.
This place was such a bad place to work at that I never went back to food ever again! Been working jobs that are more adult oriented and never looked back. That 20 an hour without being treated like a slave to every dish is so nice! And when I work on holidays I get paid time and half and have health insurance! WOW the benefits of being let go by a scrub company has been tremendous! Had to rate you guys 5 stars for helping me find a stable job and income! It’s been a life changer seriously

Stellar food, abyssal service. I placed an online order for pickup and was told an hour later that the location didn't have the order. I was then told that the store had no way to make the food without recreating my order myself, online. I strongly suggest anyone considering this location for anything more than a bag of chips to consider dining elsewhere.

From the quality of the food, to the exceptional service and the clean restaurant environment.The staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. They ran out of regular chicken (there would've been a 30 minute wait) and the lady suggested trying the Cholula Chicken ? which was very delicious and spicy. I really love that you can customize your food however you like and that there are a variety of options to do so.They wash their hands in front of you and glove up which I really liked, especially with the time of year and everything that's going around.The young lady that rang us up was very sweet and made sure to honor my rewards and that I scanned my bar code to get more rewards points.I'll definitely come back to this location. Really great experience during this visit!
