Young man on microphone was horrible, didn't keep mike up, you barely understand him, ended up going in side, everyone standing around, barely moving but at least took my order, got home burgers didn't have any flavor, buns were hard around the edges, never had a White Castle taste like that and they gave me someone else's receipt, it will be be a while before I deal with this shop again! I should have followed my first mind and not come!

Angel was amazing. I haven’t had white castles in a while since moving from Chicago to Springfield and to have her service was 5 star rating. She’s an amazing and professional woman with excellent customer service.
