I called in a couple more this last weekend and mentioned the skimpy ones and as they know me when I walked in the owner sid OHHHH it was you??? Yes I said, she apologized and within a couple minutes the boxes came out and she opened them and had me look and they were back to normal. She said they had a new guy working last time and it wont happen again !”

“This was an amazing stop... headed on a long road trip at 1230 am we were shocked to. It only find this subway open, but also clean and staffed with friendly and courteous sand which artists who made for a fantastic late night eat compress to a greasy drive thru special.”

With a flight, you get to choose 6 different coffee flavors to try, iced or hot. We had SO much fun tasting the different coffees, enjoying the ambiance of the shop, chatting with the owners, and ranking the coffees we tried! My favorite was The Westbound.20/10 recommend. “We had a great meal at The Pear Tree! They are known for their better dipped lobster tail and onion rings. Both are amazing recipes! They also have several of their own salad dressing recipes. I had onion rings as an appetizer, a Caesar salad, which I also tried some of the other dressings with on the side, a 10-12 oz batter dipped lobster tail on a bed of shoestring fries with a loaded baked potato. Everything was amazing! The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, a little elegant, a little Roadhouse, and very open and friendly. The wait staff was extremely attentive and took great care of us. You'll drop some coin here, but it's worth it for a special occasion.Parking: There's plenty of parking in the parking lot right next to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome here.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant and parking lot are both on the ground floor.”

“We were traveling through Macon from Chicago and read the reviews online. The food was fabulous. We had the country fried steak, cheeseburger and onion rings. Everything was so delicious. And the previous reviews on the onion rings were correct. They were amazing! Will definitely come back when we are visiting ”

“These poor baristas! They probably see us coming and want to hide. But being the FIVE STAR coffee shop they are, they served us with smiles and friendliness! Our orders are always complicated and today this stop we always make when we are headed east was no different. We hadn't eaten breakfast or lunch so I ordered a vanilla iced latte made with oat milk and a maple waffle sandwich with half the cheese that usually goes on it. My son ordered a Milky Way candy bar blended coffee and two spicy sausage burritos and a courage cookie. We shared a bacon ciabatta sandwich. They couldn't break my bill so I had to use my debit card. Other than that the transaction went great and the servers were very nice. I'll be back next weekend!”

“Absolutely love this place. I've eaten there four times and it has always been top notch food and service. Servers are curtious and polite. Food comes out quick and HOT. Food is always delicious. “Kristina's baked goods are seriously SO good. I'm a wedding DJ in the area and have worked 2 wedding expos where I ate WAY TOO MUCH of her treats haha! She's setting the bar in our area for baked goods in terms of flavor, service, and presentation. Just try her stuff and you'll see that it's the best ever! Highly recommend!”

“While visiting a small town in Missouri, I found an adorable winery that was cozy and cost friendly! The lady behind the bar is a fantastic person with a beautiful small town personality. She has a 5 year old and is happily married and is an absolute joy to interact with.Don't forget to take home a bottle of the signature red! It's so smooth and finishes clean. Completely unexpected taste for a dry red. Must have for any collector. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Friendly service and the whole place sang to granddaughter for her bday. Food was hot,good and done in a very good time. Will be back sometime we are in Missouri. We were a group of 9. Called day before and let them know about what time be in and they were ready for us. “My mom and I go here whenever we come to Macon MO to visit my grandfather. We really enjoy it. The food is good, and I like the brick and mortar atmosphere. The only thing that could be improved is that they don't seem to give very many shrimp, whenever a shrimp item is ordered. That stated, I tend to order chicken or beef, instead.”

If anyone is cruising up or down Missouri highway 36 pull into Macon Missouri and drive down bussiness rte 36 to this restaurant come hungry and be prepared to eat and I missed out leave room for the dessert which they make fresh daily they will treat you like family a one place to stop and eat”

“I have lunch here almost every day and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I dislike is that the corporation took away the shredded mozzarella cheese. The fresh mozzarella that is used now is not that good it is too thick and doesn't melt well on a sandwich for the amount of time for toasting the sandwich.”

“The best, most consistent iced coffees of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I even had an out of town guest request we swing by for one because the McDonald’s near her just doesn’t make them the same. Keep it up!!”
