Tried to get gas at 7 am this morning, tried to get $25 in gas and was told I could not because all I had was a $100 bill. Had less than 3 miles left and the gas station can’t accept cash? What a joke. Save yourself the trouble and go down the street. Other gas stations can drop cash and break your bill right there. I watched the person in front of me pay cash, so I am sure he had it in the drawer just was feeling lazy.

It's hard to rate this store anymore. The people working the counter are always very friendly and, when the food/drinks are available, they're good. For the last few months, they are constantly out of everything, and the store is always a mess.This isnt just because of a rush either. No iced coffee cups at all, all cappuccine machines say our of order and the coffee cream machine is always empty. Head to the cooler to grab a coffee and they are never stocked either. Move to the donuts. There's never any paper sheets to get your donuts/cookies out, and good luck finding a napkin. Unfortunately, it's like this every day now. I love coming here because the people are so nice and it's convenient, so I keep going, hoping it's going to get better, but it doesn't. Guess we have to start driving to QT for drinks and quick food.

Highly advise to never order from this location unless your willing to wait 2 hours!!! And if you want to talk with someone at the store, GOOD LUCK, you will sit on hold for 30+ min until you just give up. I can confidently say this is the worst customer service I have delt with in years! 1 star is too generous!

Ordered a flatbread supreme, they messed up and made it on original crust. They offered to remake it, and it was remade wrong. Literally no pepperoni and beef or mushroom. Essentially they made meA sausage veggie pizza. When I paid for a supreme no modifications. Asked to speak with a manager and there wasn’t one on duty.
I love the convenience of a gas station/store/breakfast/lunch or dinner, cold or hot food close to home or work. I stopped frequenting this store several months back but, I noticed the new signage and everything looked so much cleaner so I stopped back in. I am so glad I did. I was greeted by a new face I hadn't seen before and it was like a whole new place! This gentleman was friendly, very energetic, kind to his co workers and genuinely seemed to love his job. His name is Randy and he is the reason I am back as a loyal customer and so happy to have my store back. Every time I come in, he's just as enthusiastic as the first time I was greeted by him. Great choice for management Casey's thank you.Oh and one more thing..the food has gotten amazing and his suggestive sale on the mac n cheese has become my kids favorite! 100 stars!!!

4 out of 5 times I haven't even been able to order my pizza. From the app being broken, to the phone never being answered to them missing ingredients and cancelling my order. A 20% success rate is abysmal.

Casey's used to be my favorite pizza. Just keep having bad experiences. Nothing like it used to be. Thin hard crust, less sauce, less cheese, less toppings and sometimes even missing or added. Why put onions on a chicken bacon ranch when it doesn't call for it? Was a onion pizza with few bits of the rest. Needs better training at this location. Top it off with higher cost for subpar pizzas. Hope it gets better.

worst worst!!! never go to this caseys!!!!!! thieves rude, disrespectful, immature, nasty nasty nasty attitude shirley never ever go here. not family friendly tge way she talks to customers and threatens to throw them out when you ask for information or you have proof of the unprofessionalism the manager upholds this store at and its employees. employees seem miserable with bad attitudes. from observation because its what she does and is allowed to do so they reciprocate the same nasty attitude. repeat: do not ever go to caseys on 7 hwy if you are not looking to be disrespected and given rude uncomfortable looks at the moment you walk in to the caseys with no greeting at all. completely uncomfortable and negative in the store. will not ever return here. deserves no stars and multiple reports
