MJ was a fantastic presence over the telephone. He delivered service exactly how I asked plus more! He was extremely nice, helpful, and overall extremely cordial. He was an absolute delight to speak to and I might just cater pizza for my 4 year old son's birthday party from here simply because of the exemplary service thanks to MJ and Jordan. I would love to order more pizza, wings, bread, and everything off that delectable menu! Had me lickin' my lips after every bite! I'll pay whatever smackaroos are required for me to have a lil nibble off that yummy pizza! The dough was proofed to perfection. The cheese was melted exactly how mama used to make. The toppings were perfectly in line with where they were supposed to be; It was an amalgamation of savory, delectable, and just a kick of spice. After consumption, I was rubbin' my big ol' belly saying "Gimme more of that pizza, pretty pretty pleaseeeeee!" I even devoured three whole lava cakes after that pizza. Papa John could NEVER compete with this squad's pizza. So good! So great! Welp, that's it for old Tim! This pizza is so good, it'll have you saying "Oh! For pete's sake! I better order another! Yay!" Normally have nothing but good things to say about this particular dominoes the service usually makes up for the quality control shortcomings however, they have messed up my order two out of the last three times I have ordered. I didn’t take action the first time because it was corrected promptly, and they were sincere about the mistake, and made it right, however this time was the was the order messed up, but they showed a little remorse and let the knots portion of my order get cold. While they fixed the original pizza. We waited there for 20 min after the order was to be completed, and it was overcooked.

No delivery - I'm 4 miles from the store, in the same town, on the SAME STREET. No curbside pickup. Not on door dash. Not worth it. Forget it.

This location will tell you to pull around front and make you wait 30 minutes for something they grab out of "Hot N Ready" for it to be cold and the worst pizza around. I'd recommend making your own pizza from scratch before I recommend this place. What a joke!

Second time in a row with this store, first time took them an hour and a half to deliver. This time, almost 2 hours and no pizza. Canceled the order, this place needs new management. What a joke

Ordered curbside pickup. Got home and I have the wrong crust and wrong toppings. Drove back (phone was not answered for over 15 minutes). As soon as I walk in there stating that the order is wrong, the manager yelled that he will be with me in a few. He then refunded the order and slammed the ticket on the counter. No apologies, no inquiry or offer to correct the order. He was having a bad day and willing to pick a fight.He shouldn't be working in a high-pressure environment, and he definitely shouldn't be a manger.

I paid 40 dollars for food to be delivered. They have my 40 dollars but I didn't get my food. I've gone to the store gave my information and the manager after being set out about his attitude said he had to email someone to see if I got my refund. It's simple I paid them for a product they did not deliver the product but kept my money . Sounds like a fraud or robbery case to me. Wonder what Blue Springs PD would say?

Literally ALWAYS have issues with this store.Either they run out of drinks (or have disputes with Coca Cola themselves wtf)Or our orders suck and the food tastes like crap.Or they take literally hours to deliver food 8-10 minutes away.I swear to god , two weeks ago my order was cancelled because the manger got punched and they no longer had a driver.Tonight? Ordered at 9:45.,,, quality checked at 10:25.... 11:15... nothing... I called and the moment he answered my order changed to out for delivery (wtf?)Seriously don't order from here. You WILL have a bad experience and you'll regret it. Literally order any other pizza place ...: like literally minskys , papa Johns , Pizza Hut(tho honestly don't ). The pizza place, Vito's , Johnny's tavern, fun house , little Caesar's , ANYONE else will deliver faster and give you better cooked food then the Blue springs dominos.Worst location ever and I'm seriously done with this location, I'd rather drive to grain valley for dominos at this point Like seriously.... Fire everyone and start over again or something.

DO NOT ODER DELIVERY FROM HERE. They are so short staffed. I ordered and the app said 30-40 min, an hour goes by and I call the store. No answer after placing 6 calls so I drive to the store. There is ONE worker dealing with multiple angry customers with the same problem. The one worker was very very sweet, and was handling every situation very and offering to remake everyone’s order. This is nothing against her and honestly she deserves better. It is not safe to have one worker dealing with a bunch of angry customers. And also- they don’t over refunds. So beware, if you order pizza order pick up

Online order for pepperoni and sausage pizza. Got a sausage pizza. Paid for 4 dipping sauces didn’t get them. Ordered the new Tator tots and there were no Tator tots just chicken? Went back for my sauces not realizing the tots were chicken and no apology just handed me my sauces and told me to have a nice night. Called got the delivery guy who did apologize and asked my name so they could be more careful on my next order? Guess the rest of you will have to take your chances that they be more careful with your order. In their defense I only saw two people working on a Thursday night. But seriously chicken instead of Tator tots?

The middle of Feb. We ordered 3 pizzas online the day before we were to pick them up. They were all the same thing simple pepperoni thin crust pizza. Got home with them and not a single thin crust pizza. Took over an hour to get anyone to answer the phone. The manager said she would put the receipt under draw and we could come back in, and she would make it right. We decided the quality was bad, and if you couldn't get a simple order right that it was not worth another chance. The thick crust was so greasy that it made 2 unable to eat it.
