I go here atleast twice a week, it’s been recently remodeled. The place is always clean, and the staff is always cleaning it when I’m in there. The food is great and so is the service!

Not sure when ownership changed but I came in on 3-22-24 and it was so different. Nice open plan and the staff was so extraordinarily friendly. Really made my experience so great after a long day. Food was excellent as well and they accommodated my requests perfectly.

Wow! I've never been to a sub shop that felt like this! I've been in here many times, but it had been a while before today. Evidently there's been a remodel, maybe a change of ownership, I'm not sure, but the service has improved dramatically, and the crew making and cutting our sandwiches went as far as to delicately arrange our sandwiches on our plates, make sure they're clean, they clarified every step of the way, I mean this was just a really good experience! Super clean inside as well. 6/5 if I could.

I'm very disappointment. We ordered a sub tray for our employees and to say it was mediocre is a compliment. There was not even enough toppings for each sandwhich. The toppings that we did have were all clumped together so everything tasted like jalapeños and there's no way it was fresh. There was even a clump of nasty, old lettuce mixed in. They gave the smallest amount of mayo/mustard and vinegar I think possible--the mustard had a hair on the bottle. Definitely miss the old management.

If you like cold meatballs and soured tea, this is the place for you. Drinks only available in 2 sizes - sippy cup or fat boy. Both halves of my meatball sub had one cold and one warm meatball- how does that even happen? I ate the 2 warm meatballs and cut my losses. Looks like it's under new ownership/mgmt...I won't be back.

When a new owner buys a place, it becomes theirs. Their decisions show who they are and what they value. When you just blanket fire everyone there, that shows me you care about the bottom line, not customer service. There are far too many places to eat than to spend my money supporting ownership that has no regard for customers or staff.

Not a good vibe with the new Owners. We had take out from there quite often and always appreciated the crew and store, even before renovation. Now there is a bad vibe and no interest in acknowledging the customer. Jimmy John's, Jersey Mike's, or even Subway down the street are better choices.

Wait. What happened to the crew that was there last week? A new owner came in and fired the whole lot of them? No regard for their car payments, rent and tuition? What kind of person does this? I've always been very pleased with the service and dependability I've experienced with the former ownership. I just can't support a business that treats people like this.
