Stopped to get family bucket of chicken. When I got home the kids who loves kentucky complain of chicken being nasty. When I checked the chicken it was dried out and old. They should have nevered sold anyone original chicken like that. I have called the store twice without being able to talk with manager. Poor management. They are serving old food.

Took forever to get through line and after reading back my order twice, they still got it wrong. Even the receipt was wrong. I tried to call up there for 20 mins and not once did they answer the phone.

Have you had the KFC NUGGETS WOW what a level ABOVE the fast food norm best by far yes they cost a little more BUT WELL WORTH IT as for what to dip it in I recommend JONES BBQ SAUCE pineapple and coconut flavor

Used to never have an issue with this place but within the last few visits it's like they have forgotten how to operate properly. Will be told one thing at the first window, something else at the second window, and then when we get home and open the bag the order is still wrong.

Unbelievable stop through drive-thru My daughter wanted one piece of chicken she wanted a thigh it was like 3:59 they tried to talk us into a combo meal but all she wanted was one piece of chicken and they ended up giving us the crappiest thigh they could find which was practically a chicken nugget with
