Don't expect to get proper service unless you speak spanish, The cashier at the drive-thru usually speaks english, but once it gets to the cooks it gets apparently Lost in translation every time. And when you try to talk to the person at the drive through they have no idea what you're saying and have to go get someone else.

This is over the 10th time now I've had to have them remake my cheese burgers over the past month. I even wrote them and they said we are so sorry give us another chance.. how many chances yall need. I'm just going to stop spending my hard earn money on worthless workers who can't make a cheese burger without onions can yall not read or too busy doing drugs... this location needs either new management or new employees it's sad yall try to take short cuts when making food because you all are too lazy and want to hurry up and get back to smoking weed on the clock and doing drugs.

Food is good for the most part but worst service from any McDonald's in this area.Drive through: Two lanes to order and multiple times I've been told to hold on while the other lane is ordering and moving on. If you're only going to use one lane, then block off the other so cars aren't just sitting around waiting.Inside: Ordered online and in store and I'm just standing around for long periods of time waiting for my food. Had multiple times where I've seen my food prepped and ready and it's just sitting there and I get told to hold on when I try and get assistance.Staff: Very friendly when they finally get around to assisting you

As former employees there is nothing I should have waited on for over 10 minutes fry’s were fresh but they take 3 minutes not 10 the pies I ordered were an hour away from being out of date so i wasn’t waiting on that either and why would you put ice in my orange juice stop giving me less product on something that doesn’t even come with ice

Amelia, the shift manager doesn’t know how to do her job. She is to worried being friends with who she works with. I come in through drive through and give someone a code from the mobile order, I get notified that it’s taken and I then it’s not added to my order. When I ask for the manager, AMELIA, she refused to fix it bc ‘the person who took the order said I didn’t give them one’. This McDonald’s is a joke and needs new management to come in and replace the whole crew. Times are hard and when I have a coupon for a free large fry, why would I pay $8 for it.

This location is pretty consistently awful on service. More times than not, after you order in the drive-thru, they have you pull around to wait for your food. Inevitably, there are two or three other cars waiting. When the person comes out, they have multiple bags of food stuffed in their arms, and they walk from car to car, sticking their head in the open bags, to determine who ordered what. It does not seem like they have their stuff together.
