I love Mr Hibachi best Japanese food. My favorite is Triple Delight love the egg rolls too and of course the Crab Rangoons. Never had a bad meal. I usually get take out. The people are so nice. My favorite food in Blue Springs.
This place is consistently great and I feel it has gotten only better! Fresh hot food upon delivery, always delivered on time or early. Highly recommend spending your money here!

if i could give this place 0 stars i would .. the most nastiest food i've ever had. i ordered the hibachi chicken & rice , first off the chicken was dry , the rice was not cooked the right way & the food had this disgusting smell to it .. the people there were nice but the whole place stunk and was really hot i so NOT recommend going here at all !

I honestly haven’t had a more disrespectfully thrown together bunch of food. Ordered dinner for Valentines Day and the sushi was falling apart and thrown together unlike I’ve ever seen, the “chicken roll” was all raw cabbage, and the steak and chicken meal was like a soup and the meat inside was rubbery and chewy. Asked for fried rice and got white. Nothing was good and it ruined my appetite. Astonishingly bad.

Better than any premade gas station or grocery store sushi as other reviewers have tried to compare, but if you come here expecting top notch sushi you're living in disillusion anyway. The atmosphere is about what you would expect from a strip mall take-out joint, but the staff was very friendly and made every effort to keep my sushi from gluten cross-contamination. The sushi was perfectly passable, although I would not attempt to order any sashimi again. When Mr. Hibachi is the only sushi place open on a Monday, you go to Mr. Hibachi for sushi.Dietary restrictions: Understood gluten allergy and made every attempt to avoid cross-contamination while making sushi order.

This was real low quality sushi. I expected as much when I walked in and saw the 90s decor and dirty walls. Its kind of gross to think what the kitchen probably looked like when I saw the state of the dining room. The fish didn't taste particularly fresh, but I haven't gotten sick so I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. You can get the same quality sushi from a buffet, gas station, or grocery store.

I will never go back here. So I ordered from GrubHub and my order was delayed my food have been sitting for over 45 minutes so I canceled it. I then placed a pick up order and I went and picked it up and I asked them if they could remake it and they said no which I figured. So I then offered to pay for it to be remade and she went back and asked to cook and he screamed very loudly and she came back out and said no he’s not remaking it but you can cancel the order. She kept telling me to cancel my order even though I had already paid for it she said he’s not remaking it several more times to me even though I was saying that’s fine just go ahead and give me my food. They were very rude, this is the WORST I have ever been treated. The audacity of this woman blew my mind. I have never had a problem before until now and that was absolutely uncalled for.
