Just left here 30 minutes ago. A gentleman in front of me placed his order. I then placed my order while I was ordering, a lady came in be hind me and placed an order after I finished. While sitting on a bench, waiting, the gentleman came back into store, got his pizza and left. Sitting there waiting for my order and the guys calls the lady who ordered after me and gives her her order. I was so annoyed! How RUDE. What happened to first come, first served? I even tipped. Will not in the future!!

Would have gave a zero. Maybe if the employees would stop walking around and helping one person pizza’s could be made. Wasn’t greeted. Girl with purple hair could have been helping her team more. Young kids need help. Slow, unorganized, poor customer service.

I love that Papa Murphy pizza is always affordable, quick and easy. I stop in every once in a while when I'm not in the mood to cook. I opted for the Hog Heaven and it did not disappoint. The whole family even liked it, which is often hard to achieve! I also grabbed a cinnamon ring while there. I noticed that the first one I grabbed seamed to leak something, so I told the employee and took the one one the bottom. Unfortunately, when I got home and unwrapped it, there was a clear liquid that was all over the tray. I knew it wouldn't crisp in the oven, so I took it back. I spoke to another guy working and he was very apologetic. They didn't have any more cinnamon rings, so he swapped it out for a s'mores cookie which was amazing.
