We paid for extra cream cheese frosting and didn't get it so we went back in and when I brought it to their attention they looked at me like I was stupid and then said they only have icing, but that's not what they have listed on their site. Team members don't even know their own menu.

Pizza Hut does not do delivery anymore, they outsource it to door dash without customer knowledge until after ordering. Door dash drivers have stolen my order twice. Last time they picked it up and drove around doing other deliveries with my food and then delivered it late and cold.
Great people and food. Everything was on time, warm, and tasty.

Ordered a pizza box and additional 8 boneless wings.By the time I drove from the independence center to this location I only had to wait a couple of minutes before my fresh pizza was ready!I want to specify fresh because the improvement this location has made is amazing!It was extremely fast when it use to not be.It was extremely fresh when we use to get cold pizza.The staff were very friendly when they use to look miserable to be there.Overall this experience was as close to perfect as it can get.I am so happy this location has improved!
