The worst experience ever. Can't believe they would actually serve this to people. Ordered on the app but when we picked it up wish we would have opened our food before we went home because They literally served us the scraps that were left instead of making our order right.

I ordered a bacon double cheese burger deluxe and a large cheese tots. Easy enough but how wrong I am!!! The bacon is burnt past done or should I say charcoal. The tots have been sitting out for who knows how long. They are hard over cooked. What a disappointment!!!! Avoid this place! Mc Donald's nasty as they are is still better

Great car hop Dylan, food was hot and tasted on point. Nice job, Sonics on Woods Chapel in Blue Springs. Finally got some good, hot food at Sonics. The drink was even done correctly.

Supposed to be a supersonic cheeseburger no nasty soggy onion rings. Horrible that you can spend $30 on two sandwiches and Fry onion rings and not even eat it

This location has consistently gotten worse and worse. At times we have been refused service unless we order in the app or in the drive through. Other times the ability to order in the app is "Temporarily Unavailable." The employees are not polite or professional (even less so than other fast food chains' employees). The quality of food has gotten worse and worse. We often have cold or incorrect food. When you do actually get an order in, it takes 15 to 20 minutes to be served if not in the drive through. The area around the restaurant is dirty and littered with trash. Avoid this location at all costs. Take your fast food business to another Sonic or to a different food chain.

Visited this location tonight. My friend and I ordered a popcorn chicken combo and a sonic burger combo. The popcorn chicken looked like it was either over cooked, cooked in old oil or both. The issue was that it was raw on the inside. Tried calling the number listed and call cannot be completed. This locations quality keeps going down.

Absolutely no one in line and still got my order wrong and then proceeded to tell me to get my order corrected I would have to pull back around and reorder. Will never come back to this location again. And now being told i can't get a refund for the rest of the order.
