Best service! they are so good about trying hard and working as a team! The young lady name Natalie is so kind and always running orders out the door, she is the best carhop there! Food is amazing!!!

Don’t go here. I ordered our food on the app. I checked in when I got here. It immediately said my food was being brought to me. I waited over 30 minutes and still did not get it. Then when I called I was asked what I ordered. Then the employee came out and asked me again the same thing. Shortly after my food was brought out ice cold. I asked for a manager and a very rude employee came out. I asked for fresh food and he acted inconvenienced by having to remake it. Then when he brought it out he had a smug attitude.

Onion rings cooked in dirty grease, soggy, greasy, gross. Tortillas for burritos white and cold, one napkin for order. Wasted $20 couldn't eat.

Awful! Yesterday's tots regreased with rancid oil. And the burrito was made with the same tots!Granted, it's -4 degrees outside, but come on! It's $10 for one breakfast! Ladies inside acted like they were "slammed" and inconvenienced because we were there. I'm done with Sonic! Pay your people so they might consider working when they get to work!

waited way longer than I should have everybody else that got there after me left had already left, I ordered two chili cheese dogs served on their ends in a bag hardly any chili and no cheese. Seven dollar order and still gave a 10.00 tip.

Posting after multiple visits and hoping for improvements but unfortunately never happened. Service is extremely slow, order is always wrong in some way, and fried foods are never hot and fresh. We will definitely be driving the extra 2 miles to the Coronado location from now on. Sonic is a decent franchise but this location is not worth your time or money.

2 weeks ago I order a no. 1 cheeseburger and asked for no ketchup, got ketchup and no mustard. Tonight I ordered a no. 1 cheeseburger, no ketchup. Got mayo, no pickle or onions. Mayo not on no. 1 order. I'm done, not going back.

Every time we come to this store in particular I order ahead and still wait 10-20 mins for just 4 drinks. I worked for this franchise for 10 years and understand that things can get busy and the team fall behind. But when there are only 5 other cars and two carhops outside on thier phone it’s just unacceptable. Btw your drink order is to be out in 1 min 30 seconds and your food 3 mins 30 seconds unless it’s chicken because it is cooked fresh to order…the manager told me it’s 4 and out the door…

We often order sonic drinks at our workplace to reinforce our employees. We understand that we usually give them a big order and we are patient, but it will take sometimes 30 minutes for our drinks only order to be ready. Also today we found mold on the lemons in 2 of our drinks… we will not be coming back.

This is so disgusting. The tater tot container is so drenched in grease that it is falling apart. Almost as if they just dipped the container in the oil to get out the tots ( obviously I know that didn’t happen ). You have to let fried things drain a bit for those who didn’t know. The tater tots weren’t even close to being done. I really wouldn’t of even cared but I couldn’t even separate them to put them in my air fryer.

I have been here for over 15 minutes for a tea and shake. Took five minutes to even answer the button. People arrived after me, got their drinks and gone, meanwhile, I sit here waiting. They aren't even busy. Ended up leaving without my order.
