This is the slowest rudest Sonic I’ve ever been to! The app never works here, the drive through sign is broken and they take 10 mins to take your order. Then you get to wait 15-20 mins for your food!! It’s ridiculous! Clearly there is no management, or what they have just doesn’t care. They also have the nerve to charge almost $4 for a route 44 iced tea and the 1/2 price app conveniently never works?? Hmmmm

Every time I go to this sonic, there's always a different reason as to why they can't take my order even if it's hours before closing. This time I ordered on the app and got a medium caramel shake which was literally spoiled milk and ice cream??

This place has gone down hill since COVID. The wait times are beyond unacceptable 39 mins today was my wife's wait time with only 2 cars ahead of her. They also gave us the wrong items on our order after that long wait.

Stopped by and placed a mobile order for a route 44 drink. After 20ish minutes, pressed the call button to ask where my drink was. Took another 5 minutes to get my drink and it was incorrect but I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes. I get halfway through my drink and the nozzle for the pop dispenser is in the bottom of my cup. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve avoided this place for awhile because of the poor service but really didn’t think they could mess up a drink order. I was wrong.

Was in line for 25 mins. Our food was cold when it was handed to us. This was the absolute worst experience. No one was in the stalls. 2 people working the restaurant. Sometimes the owner/manager needs to be in the restaurant.

This place has gone really downhill. Tonight there was hardly no one in the lot and it took 19 minutes to get 3 coneys. When i called after waiting 15 minutes i was told they were finally just being made. Avoid if ever in a hurry. It took 35 minutes for cheeseburgers the other night. I finally got my food...but since they took so long, i wont get a chance to eat it now til my lunch break.And the times dont show the true wait times because they had scanned our food out at like 8 minutes is when the monitor said they were coming with our order. The workers are cheating the system and the customers are losing. It is too bad they have let it get this bad!!!

We went through drive through and they sized all of our drinks and food orders down. Didn't listen to us, and didn't give us the proper sauces for our popcorn chicken. The kid in the window must have been having a bad day because he wasn't very friendly.

Placed an order for pick up. Was told it would be ready at 820am. I got there at 810am to see one person drive in an park to open the store. I figured my order might be a little late. At 850 am no one had responded when I pressed the button twice to let them know I was there to pick up my order. I drove around to the drive thru where I was eventually greeted by a grumpy teen who told me if I was the person with the door dash order it wasn't ready because that was a lot of food. I said well I was told it would be ready by 820aa, did she know how much longer it would be? She rudely responded that she had just started the bacon and the fryer wouldn't warm up so she couldn't cook the tots at all. I asked again do you know how long it wills take. She just said no, and then just looked at me like I was asking her to do something crazy. So I just said fine I will cancel the order. After 40 minutes of waiting. I drove to McDonald's and picked up breakfast for 7 people in 5 minutes and the did it with a smile. Very sad showing Sonic.

I'm a door dasher. Went last night to this location and was ignored for 5 mins. Both girls looked at me at the drive thru window and then walked away. One actually picked up her phone instead of helping me. When I parked and stood at the door, still, neither girls addressed me! I ended up not getting the order because of their lack of drive! I lost money last night due to their lack of motivation. I will not be accepting orders from this location ever again! Try hiring people that are there for more than just a check!

According to my text log, I was in line for half an hour. I was told the cook was new but I used to work at a sonic. The only way 2 orders of onion rings take 30 minutes is if you cook them one at a time or you're hiiigh. This place used to be better.

waited 45 minutes to not even get our food, worst service i’ve ever experienced. the 3 girls working do not care at all & are so rude. will definitely not be coming back. the girl at the drive through was yelling at my boyfriend bc we were asking where our food was. 100% do not recommend.
