Foot long cheese coney looked like it set around for hours before being brought to my vehicle. Does Sonic not train their employees to look at what they bring out or do them and their managers just don't care. After waiting over 10 minutes to place my order then another 15 minutes to get this sorry excuse for food than another 10 minutes to get a replacement, over 30 minutes, completely unacceptable, Sonic corporate should be ashamed of this service and product. This was 3:00 pm on a Sunday afternoon, not exactly lunch rush.

DO NOT stop here, hit the next one if you must but it’s been nothing but a poor experience the last 2 years I’ve come and this one just broke the camels back.Put in my order at stall #9 30 minutes ago. Wait 15 minutes with no prompt to pay after clarifying I wanted to place an order. It was never given to the kitchen, after clarifying again that I put in my order already she blamed the kitchen for not taking the order but since I was never prompted to pay it was likely input incorrectly, fast forwarding to finally getting to pay, the kids had each earned $5 gift cards from their classes and when trying to pay the machine accepted the first, and took all of the other cards as payment but 0’d them out. The manager came out and reran them as $0 and charged my card the full amount and aggressively informed me my card was charged the full amount. Unbelievably incompetent staff and the last time I’ll allow myself to be disserviced at this location. Avoid it at all costsUpdate: Corporate was contacted and a promise to call back with the resolution was made for no more than a week. It’s been several weeks since, sonic stole money from my children’s gift cards when trying to redeem multiples for all of their meals. Unbelievably lack of service and unqualified management personnel mishandling customers charges. This sonic doesn’t deserve your patronage, and we will be avoid all others at this point.

Absolutely awful. Took 30 minutes to get two sodas. Terrible service, not worth the wait whatsoever. Instead of coming here, drive across KC to literally any other restaurant and and you will save your time.

So normally Sonic in general has been slow and left me disappointed. However I had a situation tonight where customer service and professionalism pretty much erased all of that. Joseph and the rest of the crew working tonight were fast, and above all extraordinarily nice and professional. One positive experience can certainly shift perspectives.

Placed an order for pick up. Was told it would be ready at 820am. I got there at 810am to see one person drive in an park to open the store. I figured my order might be a little late. At 850 am no one had responded when I pressed the button twice to let them know I was there to pick up my order. I drove around to the drive thru where I was eventually greeted by a grumpy teen who told me if I was the person with the door dash order it wasn't ready because that was a lot of food. I said well I was told it would be ready by 820aa, did she know how much longer it would be? She rudely responded that she had just started the bacon and the fryer wouldn't warm up so she couldn't cook the tots at all. I asked again do you know how long it wills take. She just said no, and then just looked at me like I was asking her to do something crazy. So I just said fine I will cancel the order. After 40 minutes of waiting. I drove to McDonald's and picked up breakfast for 7 people in 5 minutes and the did it with a smile. Very sad showing Sonic.

waited 45 minutes to not even get our food, worst service i’ve ever experienced. the 3 girls working do not care at all & are so rude. will definitely not be coming back. the girl at the drive through was yelling at my boyfriend bc we were asking where our food was. 100% do not recommend.

It takes longer to get your order at the window here than grocery shop, cook at home, and do the dishes yourself. Miserable wait.

I'm a door dasher. Went last night to this location and was ignored for 5 mins. Both girls looked at me at the drive thru window and then walked away. One actually picked up her phone instead of helping me. When I parked and stood at the door, still, neither girls addressed me! I ended up not getting the order because of their lack of drive! I lost money last night due to their lack of motivation. I will not be accepting orders from this location ever again! Try hiring people that are there for more than just a check!

According to my text log, I was in line for half an hour. I was told the cook was new but I used to work at a sonic. The only way 2 orders of onion rings take 30 minutes is if you cook them one at a time or you're hiiigh. This place used to be better.

Slowest sonic ever. I live 3 blocks away and driving all the way to the north side sonic would still be faster than getting food at this one.

They changed the way they make their onion rings so my hubs didn't eat them. The ice cream I purchased I couldn't eat because it was sour and had gone bad... not a great experience food wise. They offered me to get something else but I didn't know what to get since the ice cream wasn't good. I didn't get any money back either :(

Do not go to this Sonic. I blame myself for constantly giving them opportunities to prove me wrong, but they seem to mess up my order every single time I go there. I don't understand how they continue to mess up simple burger orders on a regular basis. Again, my fault for continuing to go back there. I only do so because it's less than a mile from my house, but I will not be going back to this particular sonic, no matter how conveniently close it is.
