By far my favorite Starbucks location in Blue Springs. The staff is very kind, and my order has never been wrong. The drive thru is also surprisingly fast

Not quite sure who the manager is but they suck at getting the supplies to cover peoples orders. Four out of seven times I have been there in the last two weeks. They have been out of supplies to make what I want. Is getting ridiculous! We need to build another one, so they can see against each other. I prefer a drive-through, and the only one we have in Blue Springs is constantly out of supplies.

I love coming here with my daughter? we used to have a rule you have to get a different drink every time you come. So much fun and the staff is very friendly and on top of it.its so refreshing having a place that is consistently amazing. Also a safe place to meet if you do MARKETPLACE or Just meet up in general. Sometimes it is a little busy but great store. I highly recommend this place. ??
Got the food right away at the window but asked to pull forward for drink. They forgot us and served the next 5 cars behinds us similar drinks. Had the kids with me in the car so can't pop in the store for a reminder. Lady who brought out the coffee looked terribly inconvenienced. Pretty terrible experience. I hate that I tipped for this.

Let me just tell you how much I appreciate this particular Starbucks! Holy Moly! There are so many amazing employees here! Fast, efficient, hospitable, and they bring forth absolutely delicious items! Today, Audrey and Trinity helped to provide some FANTASTIC service! Also, I believe Audrey just discovered the key to life.....It's a Venti Hot Caramel Brulee Latte, Add 1 extra espresso shot, and top with Sugar Cookie Foam?........For those of you who feel me....You're welcome???

Absolutely ridiculous! Horrible service. Stop rushing people. I barely had my order out of my mouth and then went to go say the size I wanted. She rushed me through it and made me so nervous I got the wrong size! After being in the line for over 15 min!!!! Do better! Give people a second to get their order right.
