This place is absolutely THE WORST subway in the area, WHAT A JOKE. I went in to order my food & the lady was there didn't even acknowledge me & just totally ignored the fact that there is a customer just walked in, I guess she was busy listening to something more important with her airpods. Then, after 10 mins of waiting .. The guy came in from inside with (an awful/unwilling to help) attitude & just looked at me like "what do u want" .. Throughout the whole order, he was giving me a terrible looks and wanted to be done with the order as quick as possible. Subway & management both need to take a hard look at this location otherwise they will keep losing customers which what clearly the employees over there are trying to accomplish !!

We got 2 chicken bacon ranch foot longs on white bread. Sandwiches were very good. Love them toasted. The lettuce was sketchy but the cucumbers were fire. Only complaint is $35 for 2 sandwiches 1 bag of chips and a drink. But that's how it is right now!

Terribly staffed location. Always just 1 person in there working. Don't bother with the drive thru. The employees ignore it completely hoping you'll drive away. I don't blame them if they are in there by themselves.

This location needs shut down, what a joke. Sit in drive thru forever to find out they are assisting walk ins only because they don't feel like assisting both walk ins and drive thru. Management doesn't care, ownership doesn't care, why bother?!

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Today I walked into the door the staff looked at me and didn't acknowledge or speak to me. I stood at the end of the counter to order my food and still the staff didn't acknowledge me. After some time of this I turned to leave and then the staff decided I was important enough to stop theconversation and tell me they would be with me in a few moments. No, your busy was my reply as I exited the store. This is the second time I have been into this subway and both times the staff seems to be to busy talking and playing games to wait on customers. I will not return to Subway.

Their staff works hard to make sure they serve you to the best of their abilities! Located just a few steps away from a hometown movie theater, the building that houses this Subway used to be a coffee shop. It has an inviting and homey atmosphere, and also a drive thru when you're on the go.

Slow service. Even when the parking lot is empty and there are no cars in the drive thru. The default phrase is…. I’ll be with you in just a moment…. Who knows what on earth is going on during that time. I’m disappointed that this Blue Springs restaurant has so many negative reviews, and nothing seems to change. This store truly needs to be REFRESHED.

Worst experience I've ever had at a subway, I've spent quite a lot of time at a local subway as I had a family member that worked for subway. Charged me $16 for a protein bowl, chips, and a drink, which is corporate issue in my opinion, but 2 employees were working, one was walking around doing nothing, being a lazy, while the other was helping customers with a line out the door. The other one that wasn't helping customers in the store was asked to help check me out. I knew this was going to go south quickly when I was handed my food without a bag after letting them know it was to go. I also had to repeat I needed a drink. Chips were stale. Payment was also completely messed upm i almost left without my food when they wouldnt take my cash payment. I hope management looks into this for real, not cool for the other employees or customers.

Went to the drive through and waited a few minutes and couldn’t get anyone to respond so I went inside. I was the only customer at lunchtime and I forgot my mask. I walked in and asked if they had any disposable masks and the lady at the counter said no and said she won’t serve me without one... So I walked out and went back to the drive through. Still no answer so I said hello a couple times and the other guy working there came on and rudely said “I’ll help you when I can...”. So I left. I live pretty close to this store and this isn’t the first time I’ve had bad service/food there. I’m done with them, don’t bother with this place. Backyard burger right across the street on the other hand was quick, got my order right and were polite!

I walk in.Employees put mask on quickly.Proceed to tell me they won't serve me without mask.I leave.Employee walks out talking on phone smoking cigarettes while drivethrough line piles up.I now leave because I can't even get served in a timely fashion.Also if I have to wear a mask...why didn't you have yours on when I walked in?Shame because it's next to home and I'll never be visiting this subway again.
