This is what the high standards at your local waffle house look like. Along with a highly toxic work environment where if you bring up issues such as the condition of the restaurant itself or the behavior of co-workers, you eventually get pushed out.Crazy how when you raise these concerns to the district manager, only for her to ask if you're quitting at the end of the conversation even though you've mentioned nothing of the sort.I wouldn't recommend eating here at all based solely on the state of the kitchen, let alone work here.

Used to frequent this place almost weekly. Always left good tips. But after seeing a server named Hannah pester customers about tips it really put me off eating here again. It always seemed like there was drama when she was working and I didn't go to waffle house from drama. I went there for good food.

Been here a few times with zero issues, but today was a first. Diner consisted of 4 other families with more than adequate staff. We (family w/toddlers) sat at the booth for over 20 mins without being attended to. Staff had more concerns of other conversations and queueing up break than informing their guest "Someone will be right with you" or "Please give us a moment", but appearently that's too difficult. We were not noticed until we got up and left despite the amount of looks from the staff in our direction. After giving ample amount of time to mitigate the direction our experience was headed, upon leaving we voiced our concerns of neglect as the staff replied "We didn't know you were waiting" "didn't realized you were over looked". They then offered to take our order but the opportunity to rectify the situation was now past tense. If this is WH display of customer service, "this is not it". Unfortunately we can no longer support this branch of WH and possibly any WH in this state.

It's Waffle House, but that's no excuse for the people that work their butts off at this chain every day. I wanted coffee before anything else. With cream. When asked what I wanted, I still had no coffee. I ordered a side of ham, and she brought me an unwanted slice over. They didn't charge me, but it was after the request for coffee. With cream. I ate the cold ham, and that's fine, though I think it's still an awkward off. She said she would get my coffee this time, then walked off. I came back from using the restroom..... coffee. Great! Where's the cream I asked for, twice????I asked another older server if I may have some, and she was more than kind to grab some creamers as she helped other diners.Maybe put my server on waffle duty.Maybe they are new. Everyone should have their coffee/beverage before they order their meal.My server was tipped, but no more than 15% of my bill. I left feeling bad that I didn't tip enough, while knowing it was not a pleasant experience.

When we walked in, our waitress was on the phone. Even so, she greeted us and said we could sit anywhere. We each needed to use the restroom so we didn't seat ourselves right away. While I waited for my sister, the waitress asked where we wanted to sit and took my drink order! When my sister came out of the restroom, I told her where we'd be sitting, and the waitress immediately took her drink order. After we were both seated, she asked if we needed a few minutes to browse the menu. We did, but as soon as we were ready, she was there! The food was good, but the waitress was fantastic! It was obvious she loved her job and enjoyed the customers.
Small kitchen is so nice bc you can watch them make your food it’s delicious for what it is! Don’t expect gourmet meals. Eggs waffles hash browns sausage I mean come on it’s just

We were there around midnight. Food was delicious 10/10. Food cooked quickly and very well. Brandon was our cook, and Spence was our waiter/ host. Environment was comfortable even though it was in negative temperatures outside. Very happy they were open. Overall, great experience!

Amanda does awesome as a server as well as Lisa and really all others and Amandas husband is the cook. They do well to take specific likrs on orders with pride etc, come try them out.
