Lady in the drive thru was rude, food was cold, fries were warm-ish but tasted AWFUL, I will definitely be finding a new Wendy's even if I have to drive 15minutes away because this was disgusting, $11 for 2 biggie bags and I can't even get decent food

I purchased 2 sausage biscuits.The biscuits were hard and the sausage looked like it been in a warmer for many hours.I ended up having to get rid of them, because they were so bad.

When we arrived around 9am...all the lights in the lobby were off, we waited almost 5 minutes (actual minutes, not annoyed minutes ?) before someone came to the front of the store. When we placed our order they had it ready surprisingly quickly! This was not a good thing...because my burned sausage was COLD my kiddos burrito also was cold. The Cinnabon pull aparts were barely with any icing and when I asked about it they said they were not intended to have much...??? Also...they were cold. So after I asked them about the temperature and the lack of quality. They said they would let so.epne know, but no offer to fix my problem. So I asked for my money back and they asked why...just terrible service and I think maybe the health department should be made aware that foods aren't served anywhere close to hot. Might I add...I'm pregnant and food below temp could be dangerous to me and my unborn baby.

Awful! We stood there for 15 minutes with multiple employees walking by and not even acknowledging that we were there. Finally one lady walked by us and I said hello…she threw her hands up and yelled at us because there were only three workers there. Like it was our fault for wanting to order food. We would rather starve than to ever step foot in there again.

This location is always hit or miss, tonight we ordered one of the meal deals among other meals. But my French fries were lukewarm, and not salted at all, my nuggets had 1 missing so I got 3 instead of 4 and they were extremely dry. Also forgot my BBQ sauce. I filed a complaint already. I know it isn’t much missing but I paid for it so I should have it. The best thing was my frosty. So I’m glad it wasn’t messed up too.

This Wendy’s is so trash in the morning and so is the supervisor you all need to clean shop and re hire new staff . Lazy entitled rude bottom of the barrel employees .Throughly disgusted .And with all the complaints about the loser rude employees I’m reaching out to regional and corporate.Disgusting service disgusting food all spilled in my bag.All y’all do is prepare frozen food and put out condiments on it . How hard is your job that you can’t do it right .The morning supervisor is disgusting and unprofessional.

3.5 stars. Newer facility with nice decor. They had seating areas around a fireplace and a couple areas that were more isolated. It was busy! Staff was a little behind, and the condiment bar and restrooms needed some attention. We got in and out as quickly as we could. They missed an order of nuggets for us but gave us an extra fry.
