It's Pizza Hut. They make your regular favorites. Great go to for a Thursday night when we don't want to cook. I enjoy the big box meal.

Absolute terrible customer service! Ordered a delivery they brought it missing a pizza. Called immediately and they got the manager who after getting all the order information said they'd make it and send it out, but it's going to be another 35-45 minutes, I said ok. An hour later still the pizza hadn't shown up so I call back get the "manager" who claimed it wasn't her before makes me go through all the order info again then goes and asks the driver if they delivered 3 pizzas she said no. She came back and said she'd send it again and I said no we are done eating already that was the kids pizza, with no jalapeños and with sauce (one kid can't have sauce), and they have to go to bed now as it's now 9pm. She said she was really sorry and that it wasn't her before and she'd credit my account for the full order and I said ok thank you... well here we are the next day and I went on to see if the credit was there and guess what... yup you guessed it no credit! Not for the pizza that was the entire reason we ordered the $62.03 meal and not for the entire meal which she said she would so we could have a better experience again in the future. Nothing just another hollow lie from a building that apparently is full of them.

Worse establishment ever. Patiently waited in the parking lot for an hour and thirty minutes. Only to find out they never placed my order. I texted "HUT" to 816-238-1900 only to have an auto response tell me my pizza will be brought out in 5 minutes. IT NEVER HAPPENED. I sat in my car over an hour. Called them. Texted them. Finally decided to walk in. Unbelievable.

The hubs wanted wings, so he ordered online and I stoped in to pick them up. I was greeted when I entered and the cashier said she would be right with me. I stood there for about 5 minutes watching her and a delivery driver review receipts and eventually swap money back and forth. She finally asked my name and turned around and grabbed the bag that had been sitting on the counter behind her the entire time I was standing there. I was surprised the wings were not in a warmer and I had to wait when they were sitting there the entire time. Thankfully, the hubs said they were still warm when I got home.

I know it's just a Pizza hut but this place has the coolest managers I've had the pleasure to get pizza from. Nice staff, quick orders and the pizza is always on point. This is the goto place for pizza's and I've ordered pizza from a lot of places. This one gets it right.

Placed a delivery order on 3/18 online in which I added the tip online. The total that reflected on my card was more than my total order. When I contacted this location the manager, after explaining the charges on my bank statement, couldn't assist me so she referred me to the assistant manager. The assistant manager became irritated with me and told me that I needed to contact my bank regarding the charge and then hung up the phone. Afterwards I contacted the corporate office, they explained that this is not how their policies work. The charges that you see at the time of purchase should reflect on your bank statement. It was apparent that the driver was adding additional tips and corporate will look into reviewing this case. Will not purchase again from this location. Please review your charges if you've purchased from this location.

When you get directions there, it's literally not there. I wasted 20 minutes trying to find it. Brought me to a residential area. Terrible. Every map application brought me this route.

I have ordered hundreds of pan meat lovers pizza's . On the website I touched meat lovers pizza but when hubby brought it home it was a plain cheese pizza. Aren't they suppose to show you your pizza or say you had a meat lovers right? None of this happened. When I called and explained the problem, the man on the phone said well that's what your ordered and there's nothing I can do. I told him that they are not the only pizza place and that I won't order from them again. He agreed and sent me on my way!

Not very happy with my order this time. First time I couldn't understand person on other end of line and asked her to repeat, she hung up on me. Ordered a 10.00 coupon special she wouldn't take code, said I have it 10.99. Not what I had. Bill was over 15. Wrong on their part. Gave driver 3.00 tip he wasn't wrong.

Called to order a carry out just a few minutes ago, woman taking the order was beyond rude, in fact, after my order was placed she did not thank me and basically slammed the phone down. Why? Because I did not tell her that I wanted the special, took her maybe another 5 seconds. This will be reported to corporate.

Can we use the Book-It program on Gluten Free pizzas? My kids can't have gluten, so it would be great if they could still participate in Book-It. Pizza Hut corporate says it's up to the individual franchise. Thanks!
