I would give 0 if I could. We came at 8:50 when they close at 9 and locked the doors early. I will be making a complaint to corporate and when I knocked on the door the 2 girls working looked at me and laughed. Awful service.

Honestly if I could give this 0 stars I would. I have never felt more second hand embarrassment for two employees in my whole entire life. The ways these 2 employees had the audacity to close the doors 10 minutes early and then when I walk up to the door mop the same spot on the door for 3 minutes to avoid eye contact as we are trying to get there attention. Once we get there attention to ask if they were open the look at eachother and laugh as it was a joke. Maybe its just me but I dont think it was very funny that I drove 30 minutes from my house for Yougurtini just for it to be closed 10 minutes early.
I was able to get dairy free chocolate and added some coconut, peanuts and dark chocolate chips for a yummy dessert.

Blue Springs, MO. I attempted to use a $20 gift card in order to pay for my frozen yogurt and it wouldn’t work. neither of the cashiers knew how to use it and i ended up just having to pay with my own card. it was extremely annoying and inconvenient. they should have been taught to use a gift card. i then tried to use the website to file a complaint and it wouldnt let me either.

The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming to our large family. The store was well cleaned and the toppings were well stocked! The yogurt was absolutely delicious! Peach and cake batter were my personal faves!!
