Day of the eclipes and busy everywhere. Obviously had the best crew there working. They didn't miss a beat in my opinion. The girl that had question to a co-worker while taking our order was calm an professional.and the co-worker perhaps a supervisor did an amazing job with explaining and answering the first girls question and went right back to she she had been doing. Most places now days are not like this. The cleanliness of the restaurant two thumbs up . The food came out quick to our table. Good job . Again two thumbs up.

Spent over 52$ on 3 ice creams and 3 chicken tender boxes.Fries were old and cold, chicken had a sour taste, and the ice creams weren’t what we ordered the sodas were syrup without carbonation . We normally have a good visit there but this time it was terrible

The lady Cashier in the drive-thru tonight Saturday March 23 around 7:40 pm, had clearly had enough for the day. I paid and put my hand out for my receipt and she closed the window a crumpled it up. Okay, I don't need it but there was no thank, enjoy, or have a good night. Nothing. I guess if it's such a bother to the employees for guest to purchase food, I won't be back. I wouldn't want to burden them while they're at work. My bad.

A staple of the community. Very glad to have a stable and consistent business in town. The food is always good. The ice cream is amazing and always changing. Ice cream cakes are delicious. My only wish is that they would bring back the Breeze! Slushy mix with ice cream plus cherry flavor was my favorite!

I usually like DQ, but the Farmington location is not the best. My grandson ordered on line and picked up the food. When he got home, one person's food was missing. He drove back to the restaurant and they refused to give him the missing items. His family won't go there again and I won't either because of the way they treated him.they refused to refund the money or give him the missing items. Customer Service is pretty shabby at that location.

We live in DeSoto. My step kiddo picked up ice cream for after dinner. The cheesecake blizzard had peppermint thrown in & everything was on top. It did not get blended. My banana split was missing the banana. I called to speak with an owner. The owner said to keep it frozen & bring it back. He isn't understanding the mess that will make even though I explained she works 7-3 & will definitely make a mess in here vehicle. We use to get everyone's bday cake from that store. We will no longer spend our hard earned money at his store.
Orders were taken quickly, food didn't take long and they were nice. There was 5 of us and expected a lil longer wait but they did great ?

I ordered a chicken strip basket In the Drive-thru. The chicken was good, the fries were cold and it came out in a flat tray instead of a box. So when I picked up the bag, all the food dumped into the bottom of the bag. No napkins in the bag. The person at the drive-thru did not smile, did not speak-just shoved the food out of the window.
