Though it's large quantities and nothing wrong with the order, it's just average tasting.Everyone talked about this place and how we must try it. We waited one and half hours because of the highly recommendation. I ordered their burger and my husband ordered a breakfast dish. While it was good, I don't think it was outstanding or worth the wait.

We stopped here after a long day at Silver Dollar City during our first trip to Branson a few weeks ago. It had been a long day and we'd already been met with really un-happy staff at another restaurant since they had started closing down for the day (even though it was an hour before their posted close time). We were a little worried to try again since they were also closing in about an hour, but the staff here welcomed us with friendly smiles and assured us they were happy to have us there.Our server, Colby, waited on our table of newbies (that included lots of kids!) with helpfulness and patience answering all of our questions and giving great suggestions. Truly one of the best servers I've ever had.We tried a wide variety of food - dinner entrees, sandwiches, appetizers, breakfast dishes - and everything was delicious and the huge portions left us with a lot of leftovers. We'll definitely be returning on our next trip to Branson!Kid-friendliness: We had a large party with 5 kids and the staff and environment was really kid-friendly. They have a great kids menu and we really loved the oversized booths that fit our whole group.

The food was good. However, the "billion dollar bacon" was not all it was built up to be . It was tasty but not worth all the hype. But definitely the best meal we had in branson

This place was amazing! It's a great hidden gem in Branson. The portion sizes are so big, and who doesn't love a 14-inch pancake! I highly recommend this place if you have a chance to go.

Wow! Sometimes you read reviews and then really don’t see what the hype is all about…. But Billy Gail’s didn’t disappoint! We had a tri tip omelet, the French cakes with pecans, Gail’s Ranch, the 14 inch pancake and the billion dollar bacon. Everyone loved the meal The bacon had a small amount of heat from the cayenne that was offset by the brown sugar and maple. The portions are plentiful so nobody was able to eat it all but we sure did try. Our server was the best we’ve had anywhere in years. He was a kind gentleman (Geradino maybe?) that joked around but also kept drinks refilled at all times and shook our hands with a blessing before we left. We will definitely be back for another visit.
