Wonder where the locals go in Branson? This is it! Chester's is a small unassuming place and easy to miss, but you'll be sorry if you do. Because it's clean with an excellent staff and great food. The portion sizes are very generous, so order with caution. Update. Sorry to see this place closed.

Great place! A good reuben, large hand cut pork tenderloin, great burgers, wonderful chicken fried chicken and also stuffed burgers which you can design yourself. But save room for the bread pudding. Made from cinnamon rolls with a vanilla bean sauce! To die for. Small, clean and friendly from your waitress to the owner.

My party of 4 went to Chester's for lunch today and had a great meal. We all had burgers - each of us a different type and they were exceptional. The stuffed burgers are huge and very yummy. The regular burgers are equally as tasty. Onion rings were excellent and the bread pudding for dessert is something you will want to save room for. This restaurant was extremely clean and is a family owned and operated business. The owner and our waitress were both very friendly and helpful. They all made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend a visit to Chester's when you are in Branson.

Delicious food; generous portions. Very friendly; helpful - family owned and operated. Burgers; great spinach salad. Everything on menu will satisfy; good variety. Nice view. Clean. I like to go there with friends or just read my paper and eat great food. The house desert is delicious and unique. One of our favorite local places to eat on any day and at any time. The fried chicken dinner which is served on Sunday only is simply the best.
